Tyler replaced our water heater, he explained what was wrong with our 6 year old one and the costs associated with repairing it. Tyler also informed us of the cost and advantage of replacing the old one. The replacement was fast, professional, and he left our basement exactly like it was before the service call. We use Action Plumbing for all our plumping needs. Stephanie was wonderful in getting us fast service so we could have hot water again.

The technician, Tyler was excellent. Very polite, friendly, knowledgeable and explained things well. He replaced our ejector pump and installed a backup alarm with WiFi. Steph the scheduler was great as well. The price seemed a little high, but they did give us a 10% discount.

We had a rather complex plumbing need. We wanted to replace our kitchen sink. To do so we had to engage a counter top company to perform the sink work and a plumber to disconnect the plumbing and reinstall it once the new sink was installed. It required a coordinated effort of homeowner, counter top company and Action Plumbing. Action suggested Prestige Counter Tops as a vendor they have worked with in the past so it was an easy collaboration over a two day period and three different appointments. Everything went smoothly and timely. We would recommend Action Plumbing as reliable, affordable and timely. Give them a try!

I called for sewer rodding service and had an appointment set up quickly. On May 12th the plumbers arrived at the appointment time and proceeded with opening up the sewer rod out. It was determined that there was a separation in the sewer line and they could not complete the rodding of the sewer line. It was recommended that an exterior rod out be placed and I would receive a quote to perform this work within a few days, On May 15th i called the office and asked about my quote. I was told they would check and get back to me with an answer about my request. It is June 1st and there has been no estimate or return call for the proposed work. Am I to assume Action Plumbing does not want my business.

After a pipe burst left my family all washed out 💦, Ralph and his team at Action Plumbing came to the rescue. They did an amazing job installing our new spa tub!
