Our water heater broke late in the day. Ron walked me through shutting off the gas and the water and then directed me on how to drain it before he got there. It minimized the damage and he was able to install a new water heater the next day. Ron is always quick to respond and offers great service at a fair price. We have been using his company for over 10 years for a reason. He and his company are terrific!

If I could leave a review for more than 5 STARS I would. In all aspects of business this Company is top notch!! I will definitely be using Ron and Tristan again and again and most likely again! I'm new to the area, and I am so thankful for the referral I was given to use them for all my plumbing needs.How does one achieve and more importantly , Maintain a 5 star status? By excelling in every aspect of the plumbing business!

Ron responded quickly, was out fast & I didn't have to do a thing. He got me a better water heater for the same price installed as some cheap one I almost bought with half the warranty. He picked up the water heater for me, brought to me and took the old one away. Made it stupid simple for me & removed all the stress from the situation.

We had a plumbing issue with low water pressure and called A.C.T Plumbing and spoke with the owner Ron and he came out the next morning and got the kitchen sink that was clogged working again. It literally took him two minutes and the pressure was back good again and we were so excited. We asked Ron how much we owe him for his work and he said nothing. It only took a couple of minutes and he didn’t charge us for anything and in this day and age you don’t see that too often so kudos to Ron for being honest and willing to spend his time helping people he just met. We stored his number for future plumbing jobs and plan on passing along his information to anyone that needs a plumber. We Highly recommend Ron and A.C.T. Plumbing to everyone. I called A.C.T because I had a problem with a brand new hose for my sump pump that wasn't connected right. Water was shooting out from the base of the hose. I did ask my landscaper if he could install this brand new hose for me because i was in a pinch and he said yes. He said he would charge me $60 for a very simple job. However...i needed this done so i paid him $60 to do this. A couple days later when we had some bad rain i was outside and noticed the hose was shooting out water of the base of the hose. The same thing that happened to my old hose that i needed to replace with the new hose.The only difference was the old hose actually had a split in the hose (because it was old) so I needed to buy a new hose. When A.C.T. came out he told me right away the landscaper didn't tighten the hose in a couple spots leaving water to shoot out from the base of the hose. Prior to all this i did called the landscaper to tell him what happened he told me it wasn't an emergency and it could wait. That didn't make me very happy because i paid him $60 to do the job right and when i told him what happened he didn't at all seem alarmed and couldn't be at my house for about 3 days. I was shocked. Thats when i talked to my neighbor and they recommended A.C.T. and i can see why... he was excellent, and charge me a trip charge which I felt was very fair. He came out on a Sunday and he fixed the problem, and above all done it right the first time. The purpose of this review is to solely let people know that there are good trusting, reputable companies that truly care about their customers. A.C.T. the owner Ron did not hesitate to come to my aid to help me out ASAP and fix the problem. Easy fix...however, the problem was the landscaper he did not tighten the hoses. Next time ill go with the professionals. Thanks to Ron for all his help it meant the world to me. Now I can sleep knowing the job was done right the first time.
