I dine here through takeout at least once a month. Just dropped here to say "thanks" for an orderly take out process, an order that is always right, and consistent food. Thank you!

They were there right away to help me when my sink got clogged. Expertise: The plumber was skilled and knew how to manage the issue. Highly recommended!

Absolutely horrible! Don't waste your money. I was so disappointed. I always go to the Outback in Wesley Chapel and have never had a bad meal. I invited my son's girlfriend to dinner and we chose the Brandon location because it was a halfway point between us. She had never been to an Outback before. I was so embarrassed and felt horrible for inviting her. Not long after ordering they told us they ran out of baked potatoes and had to give us mashed potatoes. She ordered her steak medium rare and it came to her well done (like leather). I ordered a steak and chicken Alice, something or another. My steak was hard to chew and the chicken was dried out and hard. The asparagus on both our plates was thin, wilted and still had the hard bottoms on them. They replaced my chicken and her steak. Her new steak was raw inside. It looked like a jelly donut. My chicken was not good. The sauce tasted like pure mustard. When I asked to speak to a manager, he came to the table and didn't seem to care that out meals sucked; however, he did remove her meal from the bill. The server asked if she would like something else, since she wasn't able to eat her meal, "maybe a dessert". She asked for a chocolate cake. They brought it and charged me over $10 for it. It was one of the worst dining experiences ever. I felt horrible that I invited someone to eat and they couldn't even eat because the food was inedible.

Disappointing! It's not that the food was bad it just did not add up to $100.00 in value. Staff was wonderful - they cannot help that the product the chain is turning out is lacking! OB used to be a memorable experience its now become a regret. Worst thing is to obtain internet you need to give up you personnel info! I don't know how much corporate saves but its not worth it!

I have been to this Outback location MANY times, surprised I have not taken the time to review it before. This particular visit was a very rare lunch visit as we usually only go here for dinner. My boyfriend, daughter, granddaughter and I got to spend some weekday time together so thought we would go out. We were so pleased to see they have very reasonably priced lunch combos SNd the star of the show that all 3 adults ordered was AYCE soup and salad for only $7.99, we all got the French Onion Soup which is amazing there and I got their delicious house salad while the other 2 got Caesar Salad which is equally as delicious. We ordered chicken tenders and fries off the kids menu for my granddaughter which are great as well. Since I have eaten there so much I will also list and rate some of the other items we have tried: *Ribeye steaks- delicious here but we all prefer them wood frie grilled but with extra original Outback seasoning! *Seasoned & Seared Prime Rib- this is our new favorite, if u like highly seasoned meat that is a little on the salty side....YUM, we LOVE it! *Filet Medallions with garlic butter-I ordered them once, they were just ok and don't plan on ordering again. *Lobster Tails- They are fantastic here, have had them many times bot ways, wood fire grilled and steamed. Although I prefer the flavor of the wood fire grilled I have finally settled that if I am getting Lobster there it has to be steamed as every single time I have ordered wood fire grilled they over cook it:-( *Homestyle mashed potatoes- just ok, wish they would have kept the garlic mashed potatoes which were fantastic. *Sauteed mushrooms- these are ok but VERY salty and taste like something out of a can, wish they would make them fresh. *French Fries- are great unless they are served at room temp which has happened to me more than once, I especially like them loaded with cheese and bacon then dipped in their deli6ranch dressing, they have some of the best ranch dressing ever and it has a slight heat to it! *Baked potatoe soup- is yummy and if I am in the mood for a potato at Outback I will usually get these as a side instead of the mashed or baked potato. *Blue cheese wedge salad- yes please this is delish! *Bloomin Onion- yummy, my boyfriend prefers this but I prefer the petals as the big onion is too much for us and in my opinion is greasier than the individual petals. *Seared Tuna-many may not agree since it's a chain but this is mine and my boyfriends both favorite place to eat seared tuna, sometimes I even get the large order as my meal....its that good!

I took my family here for a graduation celebration. I usually love coming here, however lately they have been falling short. I visited here a few other times and didnt leave a review. Even though the food and service was just "Okay" I didn't think one or two lack luster visits should change my overall opinion. Well its strike 3 so I feel obligated to share my experience. This was an important lunch for me and I wanted eveything to be good. Our waitress started great by bringing us our water and bread with different butters. From here we just continually digressed . My other kids arrived and we had to ask for water for them 3 times and our appetizer took a really, really long time. I was offered anothet tables appetizer, I wanted my Ribs. They finally found them, they were warm, not hot, and missing the drizzle on top. I am also not a fan of the carnival food service style of "when you get it you get it" and the rest of your party hangs out and watches you eat. They really need an expediter for quality control and table coordination. When our first round of meals arrived the broccoli fell off my sons plate on to the tray not once, not twice but three times. Each time the gentlemen who brought it out picked the stalk up with his hands and put it back on the plate. I finally said, "We are going to need new broccolli" he did say he was sorry and had no idea what he did that, okay. When my sons steak arrived he could only eat 3/4 of it. The first cut brought red juice and it was pink. He asked for well. I don't know, missed placed steak weight or it curled up away from the cooking surface, at this point, I just wanted to leave. When our waitress came back and saw our new side of broccoli I told her why,( so it wasnt added to our bill.) She was not overly concerned because she did not tell the manger who did come and tell me she would remove our appetizer. The first check still had it billed, the second one did also , however the server just gave me the wrong pay slip the second time. My steak was dry, my mac and cheese was average and not hot, it just wasnt worth it. I never got the ranch dressing I asked for and someone still needed to tell the food runner that you cannot pick food up with your hands! On a positive note. My wedge salad was very good and my other son and daughter really liked their chicken. I will be finding a new place for steak, well to eat at in general. Not sure what happened to this location, it needs some work.

Something is going on with the food quality at this Outback. I have been going here for years, and I never had a bad experience with either their food or service. Never. However the last three times I have gone in the last few months, the quality of the food has been subpar. In June I ordered a prime rib medium rare and received a medium well steak. If you like prime rib, you should never eat it cooked more than medium rare. The meat just doesn't taste as good. It was so cooked I couldn't eat it and shared a few small pieces with my dog. She loved it since I rarely share my steak with her. The rest of the meal was good...a salad and baked potato. I was so frustrated. I just couldn't let it go. I decided to send a comment to Outback via their app. Shortly thereafter I received an email from one of their employees asking me to call her. I explained to her my disappointment in this steak since I had never had a bad experience before at this Outback. She was very understandable and kind and offered to comp the entire meal. I told her it was not necessary. However, I did ask her to comp just the steak. Not long after I received a full refund for the entire meal. I was grateful and sent an email thanking this person. I figured it was just a one off and would never happen again. Tonight I ordered a steak I have ordered many times. A bone-in ribeye cooked medium rare, of course. I ordered a side salad and a baked potato. The salad tasted terrible. It had that lettuce that comes in a bag taste. It had a terrible taste to it. I have never had a bad salad there before. This one was not good at all. The baked potato was just as good as it normally is. The steak however, was a very thin piece of meat. Nothing like a bone in ribeye. It was also overcooked on the medium well side. Why are their cooks over cooking the steak? Needless to say this is once again a meal I did not enjoy. I did not call them or message them because I did not want it to appear as if I was looking for a free meal. I have never complained to a restaurant to try to get some thing for free. I was embarrassed to send them another message. But I am once again, very disappointed in this experience and am now wondering if I will continue to go to Outback if these are the types of meals I will keep getting. I hope they figure out whatever they need to get back to where they were because if this is how Outback is going to be operating, I will sadly not be returning again.

If I could give 10s I would and that's all thanks to our magnificent service that was provided by Brad Kipp! I wish there was a Brad Kipp at every establishment we visit! We were 1 of the last customers that came in last night and Brad made us feel so welcomed, we felt like we were his 1st guests of the day! Brad had a smile that shined through his eyes! He provided great suggestions when we weren't sure what appetizer to get. He suggested the 3 cheese steak dip and boy was it cheesy, creamy and had the perfect amount of chopped up steak bits and it came with perfectly seasoned chips! It was perfect for 2 people to share! I always ask for water with lemon and the majority of the time our waiter forgets the lemon wedge, well not Brad! He understood my love for lemon water and gave extra lemon wedges! We ordered the combo plates - steak/chicken and steak/twisted ribs! Everything was hot, fresh and flavorful! Brad continously checked on us to see if we needed anything and didn't make us feel rushed. Most places at closing time would have thrown the check on the table as your meal came out and say "whenever your ready", to me that just feels like they are ready for you to go! However that was not the case here. Brad made sure to get our loyalty dine in rewards # and check for any rewards that were available to use when it was time to pay. Brad and the manager checked to make sure our steaks were cooked to our request and when mine wasn't, they took it back and fixed the issue promptly and it came back perfect! I know these may seem like small things or things that a server/waiter/waitress/manager should already be doing but lets be real not everyone does it right. Next time you visit this location ask for Brad Kipp! His bubbly energy is infectious that even if your food comes out with a slight mess up you won't even notice or get upset! Thank you Brad for making us feel like we are on the VIP list!

Reason why for the three stars? It's simple the waitress was very slow on refilling our drinks she didn't understand what kind of island drink I wanted. She also didn't have the patience to take our drink and entree order at the same time she was too in a rush instead of waiting patiently. My 11oz steak was ordered well done but it came out the first time really raw and sent back then came back out still raw after being on the grill for three minutes with the manager coming back with the steak that was supposedly been fixed and cooked to my liking it came out raw again. I told the Manager that my steak was suppose to be cooked well done not raw he couldn't understand me as well he was too in a hurry to leave the table. It took three times to get my steak cooked the way I liked it. It even had black pepper and some kind of spicy seasoning that made the steak way to spicy to eat but the manager didn't offer any way to make it up like take my entree off the bill or how he make the customer happy. Over all experience this place has changed over the years since opening and now seems like the entrees isn't that great anymore. Seems like the staff is too much in a rush to actual see if the customer is happy with their meal first before leaving the table and making the customer wait with his entree messed up. If your going to have a bar please keep it up to date with mix drinks such as island drinks as well so when someone comes in wanting a special island drink they can have one instead being told off the bat the bar doesn't know what I am talking about isn't a drink called a 'Veev Caipirinha'' which is a very popular drink around the area most high end restaurants carry Veev Vodka. One of the waitresses even said we're not classy enough to carry this type of Veev Vodka. Yes, that is what she replied with even the three managers didn't have a clue what Veev Vodka is and same with the Bartender.

My husband and I went to Brandon Outback Saturday night 5pm, sat at the bar for dinner and drinks. It was busy but not crazy. Finally when the Male bartender greeted us he said food is coming out slow just FYI, we said ok no worries drinks will be fine and appetizer. We asked for our drinks and waters. Waters were fast, my drink, straight bourbon took a few minutes, bartender forgot about my husband's drink. Appetizer came out, still no drink. Granted the bar was NOT slammed! I took a minute to look around the restaurant and the floor had managers on it helping the servers I gave the bartender a little more time, finally I said hey, his drink?? Oh!! We asked the bartender for utensils when appetizer came out from a food runner. Bartender had to go looking for some. Our meal took 35 mins to come out. Ok fine we were warned. Happy with our slow drinks and appetizer. While we ate the bartender approached our area of the bar 3X to help other customers and did not refill our waters. Finally he filled waters after I asked. Being in the restaurant industry for 10 years this skill level of service was bad. These 2 bartenders could not multi task for the life of them. Only one thing at a time. There was no fill waters, take a check, and pick up leftover dishes all at the same time. The bar was a mess till the male bartender finally cleared it all. Female bartender was handling drinks orders for servers on the floor. And periodically putting glasses in the glass dishwasher. The male bartender was also doing sidework (cutting lemons, oranges, limes) for the female bartender as he should being helpful BUT you have to have your head on a swivel at the bar!! He could only do one thing at a time. Our food, drinks were good, ambiance good, but these bartenders need to up the their skill level. Outback has a reputable reputation to uphold and this was not a good one.

Outback is usually a great place to go for a meal. We've been to this location several times before with no big issues - tonight was a different story. Our server Gilbert was at the table within about 5 minutes of us being sat. We ordered our drinks along with the Bloomin' Shrimp and Aussie Fries for appetizers. Drinks took a bit to arrive - the appetizers took close to 20 minutes. The shrimp we're advertised as being dredged in the Bloomin' Onion seasoning. Instead of being "golden brown and crispy" they were very dark and heavy with oil. Not overly tasty but we picked through them. For our meal, I ordered the Outback Prime Rib, medium rare, with seasoned rice and French onion soup; my son had the Prime Rib sandwich with the French onion soup as well. The soup was the definite high point of the meal. When our entrees arrived, they were delivered by a runner or another server who dropped and left. My son's sandwich came out pretty decent. The cook on my Prime Rib on the other hand was another story. I can't ever recall a cut of meat being served to me where it ran from rare to medium rare to near medium well all in the same slice. The seasoned rice was barely lukewarm. I would have brought this to Gilbert's attention but we didn't see him for another 15-20 minutes. At that point, we just wanted to be done. When we asked for the check, it took nearly 10 minutes just to get that. It's a simple point of customer service in a restaurant - if you get tied up, ask someone to help you. Dropping a check is a quick task for anyone. The dinner service was lacking severely tonight and the food sub-par for the brand's standards. If we choose Outback again, it won't be this location.

We dined at Outback Steakhouse in Brandon to celebrate my middle sons 18th birthday, this afternoon. I utilized call ahead seating to make sure they could accommodate our party of 6 for noon. We picked Outback since we all the love the Bloomin Onion and there's something there for everyone. Birthday boys only requirement was the bacon cheese fries! He got his wish! A few seconds after we settled into our seats, our masked server came to take our drink and apps order. She returned shortly after with bread as well. She brought a generous portion of 4 loaves to our table. My husband ordered the chicken and bacon sandwich, my other son ordered the Bloomin burger, my son's GF (who's a vegan) ordered mashed potatoes and fries- she was totally fine with that since she knew it would be hard to accommodate her diet, I felt bad. And I had the 6oz sirloin steak with a loaded baked potato and house salad. The steak was actually a perfect medium which ever come out right! I was pleasantly surprised! My only gripe was with my potato, it wasn't cooked all the way and barely hot, the butter didn't melt all the way as I mashed the potato up with it. When I called ahead I made sure to tell them we were celebrating a birthday and our server was aware of it. After lunch, she asked my son what sundae he wanted then came back with several masked servers, clapping and singing HBD to him! Our server was excellent, never letting our drink glasses sit empty and checking on us often. I appreciated that she asked for my rewards number since I would have forgotten had she not!

They either had a very shorthanded night or maybe they need to rethink the idea of how expensive going out and how much that we spend. Money is kinda tight in both directions. So if I shell out money that it cost to go here, things need to be at least close to being right. Now that being said. We waited for 27 minutes to be seated, 2 people. We came in we were ask to sit in waiting area. It would be 10- 15 minutes. 3 couples came in and a party of 3, also. They are seated within 7-8 minutes, before us. 4 tables in an almost empty restaurant. So we wait. Finally just 3 minutes before their time was up, I was giving them silently 30 minutes, before walking out. There was about 6 tables full before the 4 that came in after us. We got seated. Waited about 15 minutes before they came to take our orders. About 15 minutes to get our drinks and take our orders. We got our food about 30 minutes after ordering it was the blooming onion. Another 25 minutes for our food. My glass was empty chili was Spicy I had to ask someone who was not our waitress for a refill of water. I just wanted to go. All the food was eaten that we wanted. The steak was super chewy, dry, potato, spicy chili second drink gone. I wanted to leave, waitress nowhere near me. Ask someone for a check. Another 20 minutes. They didn't want me to leave, I wanted to go and never go back.

This is the place that we go to in Brandon when we want a nicely cooked steak or prime rib. I love the ribeye steak at this location. It's always tasty, juicy, and tender. We've been to the one in Fishhawk which is the newer restaurant. We like that one for the atmosphere & service, but I feel that the food at the Brandon location is better. I know that sounds strange. All restaurants within the chain should be the same. The steaks are just tastier at this Outback. That may be the reason why they have a higher rating than most. It's a very popular place. They also do a great job of steaming their veggies. I usually get the squash, zucchini, and carrot medley. It's perfect every time. Oh, and who doesn't love their specialty croutons? That's what makes their salad so special. Mom is in love with the prime rib and fully loaded baked sweet potato (with honey butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon). It's just the right size and they always cook it the way she wants it. It never disappoints. I love seeing that smile on mom's face as she's eating her favorite menu items. She rarely has any left to take home. We'll continue to visit this location. The service is always great, and the food is consistently good.
