Brandon was an amazing technician he was very helpful and he even went out his way to explain everything to us about what was going on. He’s the definition of customer service. He even interacted with the One year old baby at the home during this service call.

This was our first experience with Accurate Air Solutions after they took over Hawkins Air whom we had used for many years. Brandon was here to do our fall inspection which he did quickly and professionally. He served in the military and he carries himself well.

I called for plumbing services because their HVAC service was great for me. Little did I know that a slow draining bath tub would cost 300$ I was informed it was 135$ an hour on top of 35$ truck fee as well as another 35$ snake fee. I thought this was expensive but was giving them business based on the experience I had with their HVAC service. After unclogging the tub they said they would write up the invoice and be back. I was shocked to hear 300$. I was told the invoice would be emailed to me. It took 4 days and 2 phone calls to receive it. Then when I asked why it was so much I was told they charge an extra 95$ helper fee. I asked why they did not mention that before I requested service because they certainly let me know about the other fees all she could say was sorry. I am very disappointed in this company and will never use these guys for anything ever again. I strongly recommend using another company as well. These guys are charging ridiculous fees.

Walter from Accurate Air is consistently professional, incredibly knowledgeable, and always willing to go above and beyond. Even with a completely full schedule, he still made time to come out and take care of an issue that had everyone in a bit of panic. His dedication, reliability, and genuine willingness to help made all the difference. Thank you, Walter you’re a phenomenal plumber and truly a bad*** asset to the team. We also experienced an emergency lateral drain line issue in military housing that resulted in two families being displaced. After scheduling and coordinating with Walter, he promptly sent out Duran and Trey, and they were absolutely AMAZING. Both were highly professional and went above and beyond, even working past normal hours to ensure the job was completed properly. They carefully cautioned off the area until work could resume and restored the site as if it had never been touched. This is truly a remarkable team, and I would HIGHLY recommend Duran and Trey for ANY job and will definitely be using Accurate Air again in the future.

My pipes froze from this last storm and I had Accurate Air Plumbing came out to fix it. Thank you Jay S and Dillon F for their awesome service! They showed up quickly and immediately got to work fixing it. They actually took the time to talk to me and explain what the problem was, how they were fixing it and what I can do to prevent it from happening again. Most services come in, do whatever and want their money. NOT THESE GUYS! They were so polite and even offered to take off their boots so they didn't track snow and mud through my home. AND, they did not drain my bank account! I want them to know how much I truly appreciate everything they did. If you want service where someone comes into your home and treats you like a human being and not just money in their pockets, I promise you will truly appreciate and actually enjoy Accurate Air Plumbing come to your home. Thank you from the bottom of my heart and keep up the awesome work!

We had frozen water for a couple days and noticed the pipe busted, we called and Accurate Air Solutions came through for us. Aaron Jennings and Trenton Falcon were professional, knowledgeable, and got straight to the problem without wasting time. They fixed the frozen pipe and after they were done our water pressure was noticeably better than before, which tells me they didn’t just patch it... they fixed it right. They explained what was going on, worked efficiently, and treated our home with respect. If you need plumbers who actually know what they’re doing and don’t cut corners, ask for Aaron and Trenton. We’re very happy with the work and will absolutely use Accurate Air Solutions again.

With the first cold spell since the installation of our new HVAC system in June, the heater would not work. We called and Josh came quickly. As it turns out, there was just a switch that had not been turned on for the heater. One look and Josh knew the problem, fixed it and was on his way within 10 minutes. He was very helpful and friendly. This happened on Sunday and since it was a new system and they had neglected to flip a switch, there was no charge. We had been customers of Hawkin's for 45 years. Since Accurate Air bought them out, we hope to have a long lasting relationship with them. This was certainly a good start.

Brandon Whitley will be the ONLY tech I will ever request. He is professional, honest and technically savvy. I called for a possible thermostat issue. Brandon showed up promptly when he said he would, he listened to my concerns carefully and without hesitation dove right in to diagnose my issue. He did not pressure me at all, did not hurry me and did not try to guide me into a needless purchase. he was honest and went above and beyond when checking to make sure everything is perfect with my system. Great tech, keep him on your staff at all costs!!!!!

I contacted them on Labor Day because my AC wasn’t blowing cold. I left a message with their service. The technician called me back within minutes. He let me know the holiday pricing. After authorizing the amount, a second technician contacted me via text and was at my house in about an hour. The technician was quick to identify the problem and make the needed repair. He was friendly and explained why the issue might have happened. I’ve used Accurate Air Solutions for several years and am very happy with their service and honesty.

Brandon did a great job of switching from a higher technology thermostat to our lower tech ( no WiFi, we like low tech, lol)…. Our previous A/C Company said we could not change the panel from Wi-Fi to non-Wi-Fi. It was starting to cause us a lot of problems, so we decided to downgrade to a lower technology, so we would have fewer issues with panel. Brandon changed it with no complaints and we appreciate his honesty. Very professional and courteous! We have not been billed yet so checked “ not sure” on price comment below…

I called Accurate Air on a hot summer weekend morning after waking up to no A/C. I had first called another company who simply looked at the unit and decided it was the compressor without testing anything. After calling Accurate Air, Kason showed up promptly and tested the capacitor, identifying this as the issue quickly. I was soon back up and running and with several thousand extra dollars in my pocket compared to the repair the other company recommended. Thanks, Kason & Accurate Air for keeping us from a long hot weekend.

Somehow someone or something destroyed our gas meter so our gas was shut off. Atmos immediately replaced the gas meter but gas line needed repair. Called several plumbers and other professionals in the area, even a couple we regularly use but no one could help. Thankfully someone referred us to Accurate Air Solutions LLC. It was late in the afternoon and was happy to hear someone would be out to look into the problem the very next morning. I highly recommend this business for impeccable service and work. Job well done!

Our outside unit quit working and Keylin was able to come out and find the problem and fix it with no issues! He was very informative about what was needed, updated me on each step, made sure the unit was up and running great before he left! He also did all this in a very timely manner so I could be at work on time! Thank you again Keylin! These young gentlemen Senjun and Brasen did an excellent job replacing my meter and gas line. They covered up all the holes and made the alley look good and made it safe again. They are very friendly and gave me some suggestions for my hot water heater that may come in handy. I felt safe with them working in back of my house. They are very responsible and efficient.
