Having the right light fixture in a room makes all the difference, hiring the right person to install it is twice as important. Ethan Knoer, the electrician who installed my dining room light, embodied the perfect professional for the job! Professional, courtesy and attention to detail were his trade in stock! Five star review for this young man. From moving the fixture to the center of the room, solid installation, clean up, even having the right cap for where the old fixture was made for the perfect experience. Even offering to help move furniture back was what elevates the experience. If I could give him 6 stars, I would! I would go with Advance Services again and would request Ethan every time. Thank you Advance Services and a big thank you to Ethan Knoes for a job well done

We can’t say enough great things about Joseph Redmond with Absolute Services. Because of how much we trust his work, we purchased their lifetime membership (a one-time $100 fee), which includes free yearly maintenance and free inspections, and it has been more than worth it. During his most recent maintenance visit, Joseph took the time to thoroughly inspect everything and helped us understand that our hot water heater is over 20 years old and past its life expectancy, allowing us to plan ahead before it fails unexpectedly. He also helped us figure out why our toilet wasn’t working properly and explained that it needs to be replaced. What really stood out was that he never once pressured us to buy anything or upsell services—he simply provided honest, knowledgeable advice so we could make informed decisions. This wasn’t our first great experience with Joseph. Last year, he came out to help us fix our outside faucets that broke during the winter, and once again he was professional, efficient, and incredibly helpful. Joseph’s customer service has been outstanding every single time we’ve worked with him. He is knowledgeable, patient, honest, and genuinely cares about his customers. Absolute Services is very lucky to have him, he is a huge asset to their company, and we always feel confident knowing Joseph is handling our plumbing needs. We will always request him for our plumbing needs!

Joseph R. was my technician when I chose to use Absolute plumbing after I attempted to install a bidet and wound up with a massive water leak in my ceiling. He was very friendly and explained the issue to me and was able to fix it quickly. I would use them again for their plumbing services. - 12/19/25 Ethan with Absolute electricians did a great job installing my ceiling fan. The technician explained why the fan wasn’t working and gave me several options with price estimates to get it fixed. He explained everything clearly and simply so I could understand my options. He also told me about the average lifespan of fans and how they have changed over the years. He was also very clean which I liked! - 11/4/2025

"* NO service call fees. NO dispatch fees." This statement should be followed by, unless you want actual service from us. If so, then we will bill you for the "No" service fee, which I was never told. Advertising "Free estimates" would be more appropriate and accurate. Manager said they always add service fees for service, just not for estimates. So, its a FREE Service Fee, unless you want SERVICE. Also, left greasy fingerprints on my garage door. Manager said we could have scheduled another service call to get the grease off? Not sure if I was going to be charged for another "No service fee" or not. When you try to post this review to their website you get an error. "An error occurred. Please try again later." Don't be fooled by 4.9 rating.

Needed repair work. Was told it would be several hours, super hard, blah blah. $$$$ He was done in 1 hour. I was not charged forc1 hour. He said " flat fee". During last tune up, the guy dropped something and there was damage to my hard wood floors and wall. I have been waiting for weeks for compensation.

Another update to review... today (04/22/26) JARED came by to make sure my AC is ready for summer. He was so polite, kind, attentive to details, answered all my questions and was finished in no time. I feel great knowing JARED gave my system the ok for summer...super job! On 03/02/26 Absolute Services came out to inspect my heating after becoming a new member of their maintenance plan in February. HAYDEN and BOB looked everything over, gave a couple suggestions to improve system performance and was able to complete the work during same visit! Excellent customer service, friendly and left me feeling like I am in honest, safe hands. I can't say enough about Absolute Services...I am very pleased with everything! Review after the hot water heater install on 02/26/26. BRAYDEN was my first f2f contact. I told him I wanted a hot water heater relocated in the basement, how I wanted it to look and he offered several solutions to make that a reality. He did a great job communicating with me and his team. BRAYDEN was wonderful! He was friendly and wasn't the pushy salesmen type...I appreciated that! ELIJAH and CHRIS installed the new hot water heater today...the finished job is beautiful! It is exactly how I envisioned, just like a dream. They paid attention to all the details I asked for and gave superior work quality. Everything was cleaned up and back in place after the install. Elijah and Chris were knowledgable, friendly and were so respectful of me and my home. Absolute Services has been easy to work with from beginning to end. I purchased their yearly maintenance plan that covers electric, plumbing, hot water heater and hvac system. A couple other things I like...the company sends me texts with the name and picture of each person that has came to my home before their arrival..made me feel safe to know when I answered the door the person is legit. Also, Absolute Services offers services for all my home care. I will not need to search for individual contractors for future projects...awesome! Again thank you to everyone who has taken good care of me 😊

Horrible, do not use this company for anything. Six weeks to improperly install a new HVAC system. Gas connection was wrong 3 different ways: 1. Actual fittings and configeration was wrong. 2. They connected into line going to my dryer, rather than running new line to the new gas furnace. 3. The gas line that they tapped into was not big enough to supply the furnace, let alone furnace plus a dryer. Add that to every gas connection made by their HVAC guys leaked and had to redone by their plumber. Their plumber refused to run direct line to the furnace, as it needed to be. Also had issues with the new humidifier being installed wrong. Water ran directly from humidifier onto and into the furnace. soaking all of the electronics, and leaving standing water inside the unit. At this point I demanded that they take it all out and give me my money back. They sent a senior ops manager to bully and intimidate me, claimed there was nothing wrong with installation. Back to 3 different problems with gas line, and the system being flooded by the improper instalation of the humidifier. He kept telling me nothing was wrong and it was all perfectly safe. Sorry does anyone really believe that water and electricity mix well? As for minor problems, in general it looked awful. Many problems with this install and how it was left. Six weeks with 6 in pipe open through the roof, they didn't take it out and repair roof as promised. They ran the new exhaust pipes in front of my electrical outlets, to where I would not be able to use them. I was left to repair a lot of damage caused by them. Everything that they did had to be taken out and done correctly. At this point, I wouldn't trust them to change a lightbulb.

They came out last week and cleaned the main drain . It backed up the next evening when we did laundry. I called them. They came back out and said there would be a charge of $338.00 ,again because it was a tree root issue . Personally I didn't think tree roots grew back overnight. I thought it was operator error because the tech had struggled so much with the machine and failed to do a good job. He didn't even run water down the drain before he left . He did get tree roots out of the drain . Well I wasn't going to pay for another half ass job so I called roto rooter. They came out and found that the tab that connects to the opening was broken . Since the first tech was the only person that ran a snake through the drain . I feel the they are responsible for the repair and roto rooter bill. The drain wasn't clogged the second time the tab had broken off and kept the sewage from draining . The second time Absolute came out there , the tech should of digignoised the problem instead of saying there would be another $338.00 . Techs are not trained properly and management wants to do a 2 step around the issue . I'm trying to locate others who have had dealings with them that have legitimate concerns. What ever happened to ethical business practices. Having been self employed since 1982 , I have never taken advantage or failed to acknowledge a mistake by myself or a employee.

I had Absolute Services come out to quote me on adding a pump to my HVAC system because it wasn't draining correctly. The technician inspected everything and gave me a written quote for $600. I signed the work order and scheduled the job for the very next day. The morning the work was supposed to be done, I woke up to a call from a completely different plumber from their team saying she needed to "re-quote" the job -- and the new price would be significantly higher, likely double what I was originally quoted. This was never mentioned before, and I already had a signed agreement and confirmed appointment. I immediately called the original technician who gave me the $600 quote. He told me he'd speak with his General Manager and "get it straightened out within the hour." That was the last I ever heard from anyone at Absolute Services. No follow-up, no explanation, no apology -- nothing. They had a signed work order, a scheduled appointment, and then tried to pull a bait-and-switch at the last minute to squeeze more money out of me. This is one of the shadiest and most unprofessional experiences I've ever had with a contractor. Do yourself a favor and avoid Absolute Services at all costs -- unless you want to deal with dishonesty, broken promises, and zero accountability. They should change their name to ABSOLUTE SCAMMERS.

We had a water heater installed on 8-13-2020 to the cost of $1678.10. Yesterday 8-27-2020 our downstairs neighbor had a leak coming from our condo at the location the water heater was installed. It did damage to her walls and carpet. The same technician that did the installation came out to check the problem on our end. He stated the tray the water heater sits in was cracked and the pvc pipe from our HVAC was causing water to pool in the tray and go down the crack to the downstairs unit. My problem is there was never a crack or leak before the water heater was installed and never any water coming from the HVAC to the tray, if there was a crack prior why did he not point it out and recommend a new tray at that time? I believe the tray was damaged during the removal of the old water heater or during the installation of the new one. He did come out yesterday and put silicone around the area and recommended a new tray "at an additional cost". This solution is unacceptable and now we are out addition money to repair the damages to the unit downstairs. I received a call from the company this morning and of course they passed the buck and gave every excuse under the sun how they were not responsible, I do not recommend this company and have filed a complaint with the BBB

Don't believe the 5 star ratings of this company. Quality has gone downhill over the past couple of years. I've called this company for various issues over the years and without fail, the electrician/plumber/garage door tech pushes over and over again their home membership. Their service has deteriorated markedly, to the point where I will not call them again. Case in point: I wanted an estimate for a home charger for an electric vehicle. Received a text that the electrician was on his way (1.5 hours earlier than the window), so I had to interrupt work to let the home office know that now wasn't convenient and for him to come back at the previously agreed upon time. In the first 10 minutes of interacting with the electrician he asked what I did for a living. Strange. After he looked at the breaker box, he asked if he could sit at my kitchen table for 10-15 minutes to write out the estimate (again, strange request that I did not agree to). Then asked if he could use my bathroom (I grudgingly accepted). The estimate was nearly $5000 for installing a Level 2 charger! Absolute services is absolutely ridiculous. Good riddance. If I could give them zero stars, I would. Very unprofessional.

Do Not Use Absolute Services Absolute Services drastically overcharges and communicates terribly. My furnace wouldn't ignite, so I called them-- they had installed it four years ago. The technician seemed unqualified, needing to send photos to someone else for help. He eventually said my pressure switch and exhaust pipe needed replacement, quoting $974 and claiming the cost was high because of the labor. The repair, however, only took about 30 minutes. Parts cost about $100 online, and other companies quoted $350-$450. Communication was awful--days of no callbacks, mixed messages about whether I needed to be home, and they only reversed their demand that I be there after I threatened to cancel. When the tech finally came, he went to the wrong house, and I had to leave work to let him in. When I asked for an itemized invoice, I got only a vague note. No one ever followed up. Their Facebook reviews mention similar overcharging--none of which appear on Google. $974 for 30 minutes is outrageous. Poor communication, inflated pricing, and zero accountability. Avoid

What a nightmare using this company, hired them to fix a clogged toilet, which they tried to snake and ended up using a snake on the main line in my basement, charged me $437.00 and tried to up sell me on replacing my pipes for $4,400. Never used a camera in my pipes either. The technician never wore shoe covers in my home and when he cleaned out the pipe he didn't put anything underneath it on my floor and also had shit, literally on my baseboards in the bathroom and it gets better, upon leaving my home he apparently dumped the waste from my pipe in his shop vac onto my grass in my front yard , pretty sure that's a biohazard. Left a message with the company and had to repeatedly keep calling them about sending donn my robe out to clean it up the waste. Never spoke with A general manager and nothing was taken off my bill and they also did not recaulk my toilet seal like the invoice indicates they did.! The worst customer service, quality of work and overpricing I have yet to experience in my life with a plumber.

My review of Absolute Services is Absolutely Fabulous. Travis Harvey did a great job of putting what all I needed done. It started with problems with my electrical box, this was a panel rejuvenation which fixed my pblms with my lights going out & getting several wall circuits for my kitchen, bathroom, living room for Christmas & computer room (man I got rid of a few extra extension cords) & why now it no longer looks cluttered & lot easier to trace where everything is plugged in. Also got extra outlets for the outside at Christmas time (yay). I also re did all my smoke alarms. On Monday I had my garage door fixed, luckily I did not have to have a door but all the other repairs done & today I had my nasty dryer vents cleaned out. So glad I did about 2 yrs ago my neighbors house had a small fire due to the vents not being cleaned, by the way I did sign with a service contract & so glad I did. Maybe this is one way to keep my house up to date. The whole crew did a fantastic job! Well Done!

I had a pipe burst in my home and needed it replaced quickly, so I called around to five different plumbing companies. Absolute was the first to pick up, and right away I had a good feeling. The person on the phone was friendly, easy to talk to, and genuinely helpful without feeling forced. I was at work when our plumber came out came out to give the estimate, but my wife told me he hopped out of his truck with a big smile and was incredibly kind and professional from the start. That first impression really stuck with us. After getting all the quotes, Absolute wasn’t the cheapest (they were right in the middle), but everything was competitive. What made the difference for us was the overall experience. From customer service to the quality of interaction, they just stood out. We’re really glad we chose to work with Brayden Duke. He was professional, did great work, and made a stressful situation a lot easier to deal with. Highly recommend.
