Above All Plumbing

I've used Ralph for 20yrs or so. He's the most knowledgeable/capable plumber I've ever had work for me. When you're looking for the best (not the cheapest, but the best), call Ralph!

Ralph has always been helpful and willing to take care of our needs. Has fixed our toilets, faucets, hot water heater, and installed a water filtration setup for our drinking water. Always polite and willing to work with our schedule. Not looking forward to anymore plumbing issues but would look forward to using Ralph for them.

I have used Ralph several times now to fix my tankless water heater. He responds immediately every time I have contacted him and gave his best effort to come diagnose the same day. He is very professional with his work and obviously takes pride. I will continue to use him and his company for future plumbing needs!

Due to my own recent experience today, I will personally never use Ralph (Above All Plumbing) as a plumber again, as he walked off the job just as it got started. I had asked him to swap a toilet out in my son's bathroom. My son was super excited about this new toilet and was watching him closely, as he started to drain the toilet. My son is a very curious boy and loves to know how things work and why people are doing certain things. I then asked my son to move back and give Ralph some room to work. After I said this, Ralph stated, "yeah, I don't like an audience", which I replied, "well, I'm paying for this, and my son likes watching." My son then says, "yeah, even I might be a plumber one day". At this point, Ralph left the bathroom, took off his gloves, grabbed his stuff, shook my hand, and proceeded to leave. When I asked Ralph why he was leaving, he stated that he doesn't get paid for people to watch him. I then clarified to him that we are paying for the "service" not paying to "watch" him. With that said, he is inside my house performing a service that I am paying for, so asking someone to not watch him is actually a tad concerning to me. If someone was building a house and hired a framing crew, would the framers stop and tell the homeowner, not to watch them work? If someone had painters in their house, would the painters ask the homeowner not to watch them work at all? I understand giving him some space to work freely, and that is why I asked my son to move back to begin with. So much for a plumber helping our society to attract younger children into the Plumbing trade. In my opinion, this was not a professional example to set in front of my 10-yr old, that watched him walk off the job like that. Very disappointing to say the least.

Guy came did not do anything and only stayed 10 minutes. Charged me $50. It was a worthless appointment. I don’t think he knows what he’s doing. I would not recommend this company

Ralph worked me in the very day I called to get my sump pump working. He serviced it and made recommendations for HVAC company to check where excess water was coming from. Courteous and pleasant gentleman who knows his business well. Highly recommend!

Ralph was listed as a contractor to repair my tankless hot water heater. He was so willing to check out the problem in a timely manner and did not give up on fixing my unit! I’m very satisfied with Above All Plumbing! Ralph goes above and beyond!

We have used AboveAll for many years. Ralph is always punctual and gets the job done. He explains the problem and process so I can understand it. He also recommends a natural product called Thrift that keeps our drains running clear.
