“They were quick to respond and the technician was very nice. However, they were unable to clear the clog in the sewer line. I understood that, but they never followed up and 2 emails were sent. They only responded to 1 of the email, otherwise they ghosted us. We hired another local plumber who did the work needed to repair the sewer line.”
