I contacted AAA for a water heater replacement quote and had an excellent experience from start to finish. Islom was very professional, straightforward, and a true straight shooter, which I really appreciated. He explained everything clearly, answered all my questions, and was even willing to price match. Although I ultimately chose a different company for the replacement, that decision came down to specific circumstances—not the quality of service I received from AAA. They were responsive, transparent, and easy to work with throughout the process. I wouldn’t hesitate to reach out to them again in the future and highly recommend them to anyone looking for honest and professional service.

Adam Nasser (the self proclaimed “wolf of hvac”) worked on our ac unit without giving any price quotes or asking for any pre work signatures beforehand. All we wanted was a leak fix. He proceeded to gut our entire ac unit and replace other things as well without our consent. He then after the work was done told us it would be almost $5,000 (when a brand new ac unit costs about the same from what I understand???). He told us if we couldn’t pay today we would have to sign up for a loan with a company AAA works with. We felt completely scammed, used, taken advantage of, and disrespected. I had told him my father recently passed away and we were extremely low on money because of the costs relating to that, but that didn’t matter when commission had to be made I guess. I was able to get out of paying this company anything luckily with a lot of teeth pulling. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! THEY WILL SCAM YOU FOR ALL YOU ARE WORTH! They kept insisting I paid for nonconsensual work until I threatened to go to court. Huge pain in the ass. ALSO ADAM ASKS TO POST HIS OWN FIVE STAR REVIEWS FROM HIS CLIENTS PHONE HIMSELF! DO NOT TRUST ANY FIVE STAR REVIEWS BECAUSE THE EMPLOYEES ARE LEAVING THOSE REVIEWS THEMSELVES!

Overcharged badly for a first service Would not provide a breakdown of parts and labor when requested twice. AAA submitted a $3000 bid for a plumbing service we got completed for $230 by another plumber. Reporting to BBB.

Annual HVAC maintenance done right. Scheduling was easy online, they were out two days later (same-day was even available), and they called the morning of to give me a heads-up on timing. No mystery window, no guessing. Joe Ortega-Duron was my tech, and he was great. Thorough, personable, and walked me through every step, explaining what he was doing and why. I left knowing more about my HVAC than I ever expected to. He also made friends with my corgi, which is a hard requirement in this house. Worth mentioning: AAA has a sensor package that monitors your system in real time, tracks filter life, and automatically alerts them if something goes wrong so they can get someone out fast. Solid upgrade if you're into that kind of thing. Genuinely great experience. Highly recommend.

We had to have excavation work done in the front yard due to aging clay pipes. Sam, a Master Plumber, came out throughout the entire process, kept in touch, was quick, highly skilled, kind, knowledgeable, professional and extremely qualified to do the work that needed to be done. He's been diligent and has helped us through the entirety of the process. I highly recommend AAA and their services and especially Sam and am telling my neighbors and family about the advanced care and excellent service that they provide! Thank you Sam and AAA for your help, time and quality work. These people know how to get things done!

I am super excited! After having a couple recurring issues with my air-conditioning unit, Anthony came out and got right to the problem. It took him a very small amount of time to figure out what was wrong with it and he said about to fixing it in a way that was incredibly thorough. He explained everything that needed to be done in a way that I could understand, he communicated with me every step of the way. He was by far the Best technician we’ve had out for our AC unit Since the unit was installed two years ago. If I could recommend individual technicians, I would recommend Anthony.

Jeremiah G & Sam B were, very professional but also very friendly explaining exactly what they were going to do and what it would cost. After they had completed the work they explained what exactly had happened to my clogged toilet. My appointment was scheduled for noon and the company and Jeremiah and Sam kept me up to date on their ETA often. I really appreciated that! All in all I had a wonderful experience with AAA and will definitely call them again if I encounter a problem. Thank you so much for your fast courteous service!

My mom called them to look at a leaking spigot on her trailer. They said they would be there between 10 and 2, of course they didn't show up until after 2. Then proceeded to try and rip my mom off by charging $1000 to do the job. Because he had to climb under the trailer, and sauder..... blah blah. So glad she called me before she went for it. I told her NO, way to much!! Called my guy and he is getting it done for a tenth of the price!! Don't trust them, read the reviews. Price gouging like no other!!

We are continuing customers and members of the better home club (I think that's what it's called). Anyway, AAA makes regular visits out to our house. Regardless of whether it's electrical, plumbing, hvac, etc. the tech is always friendly, professional and willing to explain what they are doing, why they're doing it and what the results should be. I ask alot of questions and they are always very patient. AAA is not the cheapest but the value is there consistently. I have and will continue to recommend them.

Jacob was extremely efficient in helping us find and repair an issue with our electrical box. He was respectful, thorough, knowledgeable, and quick. He knew a lot about our system and what to look for in moving forward. He made sure that his report contained valuable information that we had discovered and discussed. Thanks, Jacob!

Adam Nasser came to our house after the AC stopped working and fixed the problem within hours, we could have waited another day but he insisted that we sleep comfortably today, he worked extra late to make sure of that. Extremely satisfied with his professionalism and expertise

Drain clogged. Water everywhere. Ayden arrived within 2 hours of my first call to AAA. Very professional, very courteous, very respectful of our property. He cleaned up the mess and gave tips on how to avoid similar issues in the future. Highly recommend this company.
