We are super happy with the work A&T Plumbing Inc.&Son did today replacing our hot water heater and toilet. Everything looks great 👍 Lee was very responsive when we called in and gave us a great price. Logan was very punctual, polite and meticulous and did a great job on the installs. We contacted A&T Plumbing due to a leaking expansion tank on our water heater. Logan Mayer came out within the hour and promptly replaced it. The service was excellent and the price extremely fair. Highly recommend.

I just wanted to take a minute to detail the high end professionalism and excellent craftsmanship this particular company has displayed throughout my almost 20 year business dealings with them. First off this is a second generation establishment and credit due to the original OG Mr. Lee Pearson. He has taken his time transitioning this company to his son Leth as I understand it. Leth has been equally as professional and qualified. AT&T Plumbing is fair, detailed and straight forward. Leth has taken the qualities his father instilled in him and expanded upon them. His team is 1st rate. Shoes off at the door, I’ve personally seen them carry multiple water heaters up and down stairs while making sure first and foremost they do not damage my home. The installation was quick and precise. I’ve used them to install heaters in my personal garage which turned out perfect for Chicago winters. They have worked for my company when other plumbers were perplexed and confused what the issue was to backing up toilets. They came back 4 times finally breaking up concrete and finding an old antiquated piece of pipe that was leaking underground from the 70 year old building They fixed the pipe, hauled out all the insane amount of broken concrete from jackhammering. I have to take a second to compliment AT&T’s associates Logan and Scott. They hauled bucket after bucket of broken concrete for 8 hours up 2 flights of stairs then brought back pre mix concrete bags and finished with a concrete slab that looked perfect when finished. I would recommend this company to anyone who is sick of dealing with plumbers who don’t show up, don’t accurately quote jobs and can just generally not be counted on. The owner will always answer the phone once a quote is established and they are always willing to go the extra mile.
