“Awful! Would not recommend. I used them for a simple leak on my water heater. Was forced to pay $75 co-pay just for them to come out. Then once looking at the unit, was trying to force me to pay another $850+ for items I didn't need for the leak. Was told they "had" to in order to fix the leak. After they left, I was able to see where the leak was coming from and fixed it with a simple C-wrench. Granted, I …”
“I was assigned this company by American Home Shield. The work was done quickly and efficiently. The main plumber strangely ignored the questions I was asking him. Once the job was done (only took a few minutes), he started talking, ugh, politics. He brought up how he though Covid-19 was "fear tactics" and he couldn't wait until he didn't have to wear masks anymore. All the while he was wearing his own mask …”
“Beware! A & M Plumbing was sent to my home by my home warranty company to look at our hot water heater that was leaking. The two guys that were sent out were pleasant but after looking at the hot water heater and diagnosing the problem the lead plumber gave me a long list of everything that he claimed needed to be done to get the heater replaced at a total price that was in excess of $2000 prior to my home warranty …”
