“For a $165.00 bill, I was offered a $600.00 solution, and he moved the clog in my sink a foot or so. This made my bathroom sink [the original reason they were called was to fix a slow to empty sink] and tub both back up together. Roto Rooter solved both for me, but they ran an additional $269.00”
“They discriminate on the areas they service. I understand it is their preference and their right to decide where they do business, however, everyone in certain areas is not the same.
