“They sent out Edwin within an hour and he diagnosed the issue and gave us options for repair or replacement. We chose replacement. Our new water heater was up and running within 3 hours. Edwin explained everything and provided excellent service. He cleaned up everything when he finished the work.”

“I had a plumber emergency and had to call 24/7 R&P on a holiday. Both the service staff and technician were incredible. The service staff was communicative, courteous and responsive. The technician, Juan, was amazing and able to diagnose and explain the problem. And solve it!”

“Cannot recommend you stay away enough. I had what I suspected was a broken main pipe. The cost to replace that would be over 10k. My desire was for plumbers to diagnose if it is a broken main pipe and then to give bids. So I scheduled multiple plumbers to come out. 24-7 came out first but they arrived late.
