Disappointed is an understatement. This is the worst company/ customer service I have ever dealt with. We waited and waited for them to come after they assured us they were on they way, and not only did they never show up but they never called or returned our calls. Would never recommend them.

called them on Monday night for emergency service (pipe blew). Technicial arrived and didn't have any equipment with him for my job. He was asking me if I had parts for him to use. After about 1hr of effort he was unable to rig something together to fix a small water line. He was making mistakes that someone that isn't a licensed plumber wouldn't even make. There were 3 attempts of making parts he did have work in which we eased the water back on and ultimately ended up soaking my drywall and utility room even further. After the final attempt and by him saying he didn't know why it wasn't working, I asked him to leave. I immediately called the company and left 2 voicemails stating the concerns I had...and I never heard back. I called them today as it has been over a full day and upon answering the phone (Amanda) answered and was extremely rude and stated she couldn't put me on hold. She stated that she "didn't care" to hear about the issues I had and that all she could do is have a manager call me back. I asked why I couldn't just be placed on hold to wait for him, she stated: "I will have him call you back" and hung up on me. Steve (manager?) called me back 10 minutes later and stated that he knew nothing of the situation and wasn't apologetic about the issues I had at all. Not once did he state I am sorry for your bad experiences. I asked about why his plumber was unprepared/unknowledgeable and left the job unfinished, and why his receptionists was so rude. His answer: "Everyone has bad days". He stated that he doesn't do anything but dispatch the calls. I would think as a manager/owner of a company you would not be passing blame off to your employees, and at least apologize. Steve is to call me back later today, which I am sure he won't call me back, after he looks into it.

We have no connection with the company. Just picked them out of the phone book. The plumber was supposed to fix leaking pipes under the kitchen sink. Unstop the kitchen sink. Give us a new sprayer. He screwed on a new sprayer top. Fixed the leak under the sink and unclogged the kitchen sink. We payed the $500.00. One day later my wife discovers there's all kinds of water under the sink. Water wasn't going down the drain. It was going into our cabinet. So Affordable comes back out and fixes the leak. He forgot to tighten the drain screwed into the bottom of the sink. No charge. Now once the water goes through the pipes correctly, my wife discovers after he leaves, water still backs up into the sink. Again we called and he returns, but this time the office charges us an additional $150.00. We didn't know it though till we received a letter one week later to pay or a mechanics' lien would be placed on the property. Affordable blamed it on us replugging the sink up with hair. Let me write one more thing. We have a bowl under the sink because trace water still leaks from where the pipe exits the cabinet. I'm over 60 have never wrote a review about a company. This is a warning. Use Affordable Services at you own risk. There are plenty other companies to use. From now on, I'll check out any company beforehand.

This is the worst company in the world to deal with. I had plumbing issues and had to have my yard dug up. You are better off spending a little more money and using someone that is more professional. This company never gave me a contract to look at and sign so I didn't know that restoration service was not including. My insurance company paid for the job so I could have gotten anyone I chose. If I had a contract to see I would have known up front and used someone else to replace the piping in my yard. I had to beg for them to send me a receipt after I paid for the service. The personell in the office is very rude and smart elec and don't care about customers. It appears they only have one guy who works in the field and he does a very sloppy job. My yard is ruined now with a muddy mess and I will have to pay someone to clean up the mess and to fill the dirt hole that is in my yard. I'm also going to report this company to the Better Business Bureau so that others are aware of their unprofessional work practices. I don't even want to give this customer a star but, I have to give them one in order for my complaint to be posted.

STAY AWAY FROM THESE THIEFS!!!! They showed up right away, took my payment for a complete inspection of my plumbing system but didn't know plumbing code for Hamilton Ohio. They said only the water heater needed updating and charged me 350.00 to weld a couple of copper pieces. The work is worse than anything I've seen. The welds are sloppy, dripping and black residue. The city inspection failed and when I called to ask for them to do it right I got the rudest person I've ever encountered. She hung up on me several times and when her boss Steve got in the phone he wouldn't call the city to add the job to the permit. It's been 5 days and no one has called me or shown up to make things right. I can't believe the city can't do anything about it. They told me I had to get a lawyer involved. Now I'm paying a different company to correct their work and provide pleasant customer service. YOU'VE BEEN WARNED! The last picture is from a professional plumber, that's what the welds should look like.

I could NEVER EVER recommend Affordable 24-7 Emergency Plumbing to anyone. They were late for their appointment then took weeks to finish the job. The employee that came out sat in the truck drinking while his unqualified helper did all the work which was done poorly at least and wrong at best. When I complained to the Steve the husband and Scarlett the wife which were the owners, they threatened me and my wife with credit agencies if I refused to pay, destroying our credit and a lawsuit with an attorney (who is a silent partner for 24-7). I was treated rudely, I was threatened unprofessionally and the job was uncompleted and what was done was wrong and not what the contract paid for. i suggest everyone interested in 24-7 read the '3 filtered reviews' at thew bottom of the page. Seems many have a common story with 24-7 and a common thread of bullying, threats, unprofessional and unethical owners, and very poor work at best. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY

I have used their service before. However they charge you for their screw ups. I asked for snaking a drain in mid march on my rental unit and explained to them that their is about 6 inch of sewer backed up in the basement. Few hours later their worker called me and said that he will not do anything because of 6 inch sewer in the basement. Exactly telling me the same thing that I already knew and told the person at this Company who took the order. However, they sent me an invoice for $ 98.00 for the visit - Outrageous. They never told me that their visit charge would be that high for an useless Visit by their worker. They threatened me with a lawsuit for not paying and extracted payment over the phone. They just lost a Customer.

We called Affordable plumbing for a main sewer line backup. When the technician arrived he said that he did not have the proper machine with him to clean the drain. The technician said he would use the machine he had but said he had no tarps to cover the machine. We supplied sheets or what we could find. After 1 hour he managed to open the line. We helped him carry out all of his equiptment so as to not soil our carpeting. No receipt was given nor any warranty. 4 days later the line backed up on sunday. Technician said we would have to wait to monday. Spent 165.00 for what? Management did not want to give any money back for the inconvience. Never use this company unless you just want to throw your money down the drain.

This company is HORRIBLE!!!! I purchased a new refrigerator and hired them to hook up the water line for the ice maker. Shortly after I noticed that my floor by the refrigerator was sinking. I had it checked out and was informed that they used the wrong piece and the line was leaking which caused the floor to sink. The owners were nasty when I called to inform them and refused to take responsibility. I called a second time to give them a second chance to make this right and they were rude and refused. I had to contact my attorney. Bottom line.... Terrible service ran by rude people.

Oh Yes, they are happy to come out 24-7. Come out again and again. Billing each time. Solve the problem? Not so good. Had used them in the past and they were 'OK', but this last time they would just keep cleaning the drain claiming it was roots, or the tenant. but just snaked the drain. Then they ran a camera and still didn't diagnose it correctly. Had to find another company to actually solve the sewer line problem. The line had dislocated at a joint just short of the street.

We had a problem with our toilet which was constantly running. We called a plumber and he arrived the same day. He quickly diagnosed the problem as a faulty flapper and replaced it. He also checked the other toilets in the house to ensure they were in good condition. The service was quick and efficient and we were very pleased with the result. Our toilet is now working perfectly and we no longer have to worry about wasting water.
