1st Rate Service Plumbing

Our water heater stopped working. We called another company that came out quickly but tried to charge us over 7K for 50 gal. water heater or over 11K for a tankless one. Just from a quick google search I knew I could buy a top of the line for much less. I called my brother who's a master electrician to ask his opinion. He told me to tell the guy to get out of my house. The guy in my house said, "Well, we have to make money." My brother gave me Travis's name/number instead... His company name is 1st Rate Plumbing Service. Travis is his own guy with no employee's so he gets very busy. He was backed up for days but he still made it to our home; Parker to DEN in a reasonable time. He saved us THOUSANDS of dollars! He even did the install on a Sunday with one of his son's assisting. He went above & beyond and we greatly appreciate it. I'd give him 10 stars if I could.

I'm so happy to have found a plumber you can trust. First, Travis returned my voicemail in a timely manor. Scheduled an appointment to come install newly remodel kitchen. He then sent a text message to confirm our appointment time that day! Travis has gone above and beyond. Thankful for finding someone you can trust from start to finish. Thank You!

I am completing a major bathroom remodel in 3 bathrooms. Travis was amazing to work with. His attention to detail is superb. Everything was completed better than expected. He was never even one minute late from the times he said he would arrive. Great to work with. Creative solutions to tricky problems. 5 stars on every aspect of his work!!

I can't recommend Travis highly enough! I had a leaky kitchen faucet and called a big company first. I left 2 voicemails and waited 1 1/2 hours for a return call. In the meantime I called Travis who answered on the first call and was able to come out the same day to replace my faucet. He went above and beyond by meeting me at the store to find a proper faucet replacement!! He also fixed an issue with our p trap and a caulking issue behind the sink. I honestly couldn't have been happier with his work ethic, professionalism, craftsmanship and his prices were extremely reasonable. I highly recommend 1st Rate Service Plumbing and Travis!

Travis is the absolute best! He has done a few plumbing jobs for us, including replacing our hot water heater recently.
