Marcus and Angel did a great job. Very professional and fast. Cleared drain quickly and provided a quote to permanently fix issue. The phone employees Carrie was extremely helpful. She was able to get techs out same day on short notice. I highly recommend this company and going forward they will be my first call.

The repair that needed to be done was very straightforward. The plumber knew what needed to be done and took care of it. I would like to point out my experience with the person who took my call; she understood the situation we were in and helped us get the help we needed right away. That was much appreciated. Not knowing much about prices nowadays, I felt like it was a little high, but the good experience and fast turnaround were a key priority for me.

My husband was out of town. 1-Tom-Plumber wanted to start digging up my yard with an excavator, price starting at $800, my husband returned just in time to fix the problem in less than 10 minutes, price $10, so disappointing.

I find plumbing way too expensive so decided to find a local retired plumber. However as Angel was leaving I told him he was patient and respectful. I just had carpet clean and he right away said let me put on covers on my feet! I was pleasantly surprised because most technicians don’t do that. I don’t know if the stars go for him or go for the company so I just put a 3. I also felt he was honest he didn’t want to start work and then it’d be a really big job. He allowed me time to make a decision and I really appreciate it that. I forgot to mention the first time I called they did tell me it was $49. I then canceled it because I found a free estimate. They said there was no charge for a second estimate but they charged me anyways I was disappointed about that.

When I called 1-Tom-Plumbing, they send Angel Martinez come to my location. Angel is very good with pin point the leak problem right after he walked indoor and outdoor. He told me the water leak were come from the new water meter. So he has the crew comes in the next day to start working. They have to dig out the old pipe from the meter to the point just outside the garage and replaced the outdated income water pipes with a 10 feet PEX water supply, new main shut off valve, Pressure Regulating Valve (PRV) with valve covers, 10 feet of PEX pipe and expansion tank at the water heater. They finished the job quickly and end of my headache. Thank you for a job well done and I highly recommend 1-Tom-Plumbing for your plumbing needs.

Had garbage disposal go out called and they sent Angel Martinez within 30min. He informed me of my options and quoted me prices that were reasonable and 100$ less than what home depot quoted for same job. I decided to order a new disposal on Amazon was delivered few days later and the next day Angel was able to quickly install while having a pleasant conversation. I was not charged a fee for the first stop at my home for quote and was not pressured into using them for service once disposal was delivered which I thought was more than fair. Friendly, professional and fast service. Highly recommend! I also like that they send a picture of and the plumbers information prior to appointment.

Beginning with Terri who answered the call and did her best to schedule everything around my schedule to Brandon and Preston installing the new water heater, it was a well executed experience. Terri is friendly and listened patiently to my concerns and empathiized. Brandon and Preston were prompt, professional and informative. 1 Tom values the safety of their customers. They even arranged a licensed electrician to follow up on the installation the same day preventing me from missing additional time off work. The outdated connevtions and set up are now up to code and help us feel a little more secure in our home. I highly recommend 1-Tom Plumber and will use them in the future.

Terry who set the appointment up was very friendly and patient with my questions from the get-go. Angel Martinez was the plumber who came out to assess the plumbing on a home we are under contract for. Angel was GREAT. He provided a lot of insight for us as potential buyers, allowed us to shadow him while he worked and happily explained what he was seeing throughout each portion of the assessment. As far as initial customer service, and thorough assessing is concerned, I feel very pleased with the two people I interacted with from 1-Tom-Plumber. Angel did a great job as the assessor and I would certainly return to them for plumbing needs in the future.

I had a leak in hot water expansion tank. Never had a leak before. Looked on Google for top rated plumbers and noticed 1-Tom-Plumber had over 1,200 comments and all rated them 5 Stars. I had never seen that before so I gave them a call at 6:30 am and Andrew showed up around 10. I felt Andrew was very honest about my hot water heater and explained everything to me. Andrew was very efficient. When something else needed replacing he promptly showed me the issue and discussed the added cost. Andrew was fantastic and the office kept me updated via text. Loved it. 1-Tom-Plumber has a new customer for life!

Angel Martinez took the call to fix a leaking cold water shower tap. We went over the prices and at this point and time in my life, they were just unaffordable. However Angel was thinking outside of the box and came up with a splendid idea that fixed my leak at an affordable price. Angel was professional, and did the job quickly. I just can't thank him enough for this! As for the company, the lady that took my call was also very professional and may arrangement to have some one out the same day within a couple of hours. I would highly recommend the Company and Angel for any water repairs.

We recently purchased a 100-hundred-year-old historical home and needed to replace the old galvanized pipes. We hired 1-Tom-Plumber to do the job and we are so glad we did! We were impressed with the knowledge and expertise of Larry. He explained everything so well and guided us through the whole process. We ended up having the pipes replaced, water heater replaced, a new kitchen sink put in and a gas leak repaired. Larry worked from dawn to dusk everyday to ensure everything was done perfectly and safely. We will definitely call 1-Tom-Plumber again for any future needs!

Brandon Arwood with 1-Tom did a fantastic job on repairing a leak at my house, and I couldn't recommend them more. They came out very quickly to fix my initial issue, and when another arose the next day Brandon came out first thing in the morning to address the problem and walk me through how he fixed it. Every part of their service was up front and transparent, and if I have future problems, they'll be my first phone call.

Called them out for a late evening sewer line blockage and they were quick to come and clear the line. Then was given what appeared to be an exorbitant quote to locate the break with a camera which, sadly, was not on the truck otherwise it would have been much cheaper... Paid the bill and rented locator from Home Depot for hundreds less and located the break myself. Found a different plumber to repair the break.

We needed help with a roman tub faucet that was leaking. Angel Martinez and Brandon Newman came over and diagnosed the problem which was worse than we thought. They had to remove the front plate to the tub to cap the lines so that we could turn our water back on. They were able to do that without breaking it. Both gentlemen were extremely nice and very professional. Highly recommend.
