As first time home owners, we are experiencing certain things for the first time. We are grateful Larry was the plumber to show up to our home. Larry has 42 years of experience and it didn't take him long to pinpoint our issue. He explained the "why" and gave us a few possible scenarios and resolutions. That alone was much appreciated because he didn't automatically assume that we knew what was going on. We would highly recommend Larry and 1-800-Plumber +Air of Flower Mound to anyone.
Came on time and had tracking for arrival which was helpful. Gave me upfront pricing options and completed the work same day. Friendly and great service. Hopefully won't have to call again, but would recommend!
