I had victor and he was amazing! Took his time , educated me on the situation and thoroughly advised next steps. He recommended camera inspection but i appreciate his patience and customer service! Excellent! I will be moving forward with service.
Customer service was excellent - kind and very accommodating; she was able to get me on the schedule right away for an estimate. Carl was also excellent - very responsive, clear in his explanations, punctual, professional, friendly, and worked efficiently. In addition, Carl was flexible and was able to solve all of my many plumbing problems in a timely manner and according to my expectations. Would definitely recommend this company and these experts!
Very good experience. Water heater was leaking and they were very responsive in getting someone out to inspect. Allie did a great job with getting me scheduled and following up throughout the process. Carl was very helpful and informative, explaining in detail of what needs to be done and why. Completed the job within 3 hours the same day they came out. Would recommend this company to anyone.
The service was OK, but the repairman, Victor Moss, promised to give me a "$50 Off" coupon. When he forgot to supply it, I reminded him on a follow-up call, because there was a leak in the pipes he replaced under the sink. He said he had to check with his supervisor and would call the next week. When no call came two weeks later, I wrote a complaint to the company. There has been no response from anyone in the company. I do not recommend this company Update Monday1/19/2026: Received an email from the General Manager stating he would resolve the issue this week when his associate gets back off leave. Still waiting to hear Saturday, 1/24/2026
Be sure the get a second opinion... these guys looked at a gas leak for me and didn't complete the proper steps to identify the most trustworthy way to resolve the issue, then tried to charge me a ton of $
I called because I had an old piece of galvanized or steel (not sure) water line pipe in the basement that looked like it could burst at any time. Justis came out and gave me price. We had to get the water department to shut off the water because the pipe was before the meter, on the water department controlled side. They came out, turned the water off and I called 1-800…. and Justin came to start the replacement. Well, things went sideways from there. When he cut the pipe he was met with a burst of water. Acting quickly, he put a shut-off valve on to stop the rush of water. Once the situation was under control, Justis completed the work. He tested his work for any possible leaks before he left. None were found. All I can say is Justis remained calm and in control in quickly evolving chaotic situation and completed the work professionally. He was also respectful of my home, kept me informed as things moved along. The office was exemplary. Very helpful and friendly. They were as much concerned and helpful about my problem as one could hope for. One bit of advice I can offer to anyone having work done that involves the water dept is, when someone comes out and turns the water off, ask they they stay until you can see that the water is actually turned off.
Arranged my appointment with The help of the Yelp app. Searched for toilet replacement and il gave me a list of some plumbing services. 1-800-Plumber + Air, was the first to reach out through the messaging on Yelp. They asked me a few questions about what kind of service I needed, told me the estimate was free and we were off. They set up a time at my convience. The day of my appointment, they called and texted me about 15 minutes before they arrived. In The text they gave me the technicians name and a little background on him. His picture also. Dylan arrived on time he looked very professional, was courteous and seemed very knowledgeable. He assessed the task and gave me an estimate in about ten minutes after he arrived. It took him about an hour or so to install my new toilet ( that I had already purchased before hand). The work was A1. Cleaned up after the work was done and took the old toilet with him also. As far as the value that I paid for the service, which I thought to be a little pricey, it was fair I guess. I would definitely use 1-800Plumber + Air again and would request Dylan to be my tech.
I recently hired 1-800-Plumber +Air to fix an issue at my home, and overall, I am satisfied with the service. They were very professional, arrived right on time, and clearly knew what they were doing. The technician quickly diagnosed the problem and completed the repair in a timely manner, which I really appreciated. However, I did find the cost to be quite a bit higher than expected—more than what I came across during my own research online. Since I needed the problem fixed right away and didn’t want the hassle of rescheduling with another company, I decided to go ahead with the service. Despite the higher cost, I’m happy with the results and grateful that they could address the issue efficiently. Just be aware that pricing might be on the higher side compared to other options.
Allie will be your first contact person, she is kind, great sense of humor, and will keep you updated as to the arrival time of your technician. She alone would win my business in the future. Dylan was thoughtful of my home wearing booties each time upon entering. I had a simple fix, it was only a turn of a valve but to be fair to Dylan he did have to do a little investigation to find the problem. I think $149 to turn a valve is a bit high, but that was their first-hour price. In hindsight, since I still had 50 paid minutes left of that first hour, I should of had him secure my toilet. I just didn't think of it. I am extremely happy with being able to use my faucets and shower while the toilet tank is filling up! I would hire them again.
This experience started out in a very good way. Excellent customer service and support over the phone through conversation and text. The plumber arrived within the window. He seemed rushed and almost scripted in his speaking and I could barely ask a question. He attempted to upsell the services and seemed annoyed with my response of just wanting him to do as requested. I ended up paying over 500 for him to put our toilet back on and loosely install and connect a small vanity. We even gave him parts we purchased when we were going to do it ourselves. The toilet is crooked and on an angle and just unsure the reasoning behind the pricing. I would say they are responsive and prompt but overpriced .
I had a service done at my home 2 months ago. Two guys showed up and they charged $600 to replace a 4 inch pipe and snaked my drain to unclog it. Although I felt that the price was outrageous, I accepted it out of desperation! They completed it in 30 min., which I didn't feel confident that this issue was resolved, even though they assured me that it was. I thought calling 1-800-plumber was a safe, efficient service of integrity. I'm truly disappointed because they did not resolve the problem. I'm having the same exact issue of my drain backing up! I feel like they did a temporary fix just to get paid! I'll never use this service again!
I had a sudden broken shower/bath single faucet that controlled both hot and cold water two days before leaving on a long holiday trip visiting family. I am a modestly able handyman, but this job likely would have taken me all day with multiple visits to the store and to YouTubeUniversity. I emailed my SOS late Tuesday night, there was a very competent and friendly plumber curing the problem Wednesday morning in less than two hours. Support staff at the company also were very capable and interested in my needs and kept me informed about the ETA oc the plumber and followed up to make sure I was satisfied with the work.
I highly recommend 1-800-Plumber+Air from all plumbing needs! From the pleasant lady who took my call, to the prompt scheduling of fixing my leaky master bath toilet, to the communication of who was coming with pictures, to the professionalism and knowledge of the plumber who did the work, everything they did was top notch! The work was done timely, done well, everything was cleaned up afterwards, and he even did an additional job fixing a tiny leak in my hot water tank outlet pipe, and charged a fraction of what it would have been if it was a separate call. This is my plumber from now on!
Dylan Bostwick showed up on time, was polite and professional. He explained in detail what he was going to do and provided a free estimate to camera my drainpipe from my sump. Unfortunately, it necessitated a power jet treatment of the system which he performed the next day. He uncovered a couple of faulty construction issues which he believes is the problem with the puddle that forms in my basement. In addition, he was very accommodating in giving us a $75.00 discount. I wholeheartedly recommend his company
Hired 1-800-Plumber+Air to plumb a shower head diverter with Pex, snake a drain line, install a toilet and plumb two sinks. The shower head diverter was not crimped and was plumbed in copper, the toilet was not installed as they claimed the floor/flange was not level, the drain was not snaked as the drain line contained a drum-trap instead of a p-trap. We had to hire additional workers to correct the issue and mitigate the damage the unfinished work had caused.
