I just wanted to express my appreciation to the team at Your Town. I called them based upon their great reputation across community forums on Social Media. They are always among the first mentioned. I was not disappointed. My mother-in-law needed an honest estimate and work done fast. Rob and crew made the time for an emergency call and came to the house, completely solving the problem. They were honest, professional, courteous, thorough, and did not take advantage. In fact, they educated on what to look out for to make sure future problems didn't arise. This is what good business practices are all about. THANK YOU! I highly recommend them.

I am a tenant in a home I've lived in since 1997.The landlord has been great and has used this cesspool company since I've moved in this home. During a brutal winter this year, where the temperatures have gone below zero, a pipe bursted in my living room a couple of weeks ago. It was brutally cold outside. Houses all over Long Island were experiencing pipes being frozen and bursting. I immediately turned off the emergency boiler switch and called this plumber, Mike, who became extremely rude over the phone, telling me he couldn't help me because he was overwhelmed dealing with another customers emergency. So I hung up and we had to call the fire department, because we couldn't turn off the water to the house and it was actively flooding, not only my living room, but my basement with hot boiling water. They had us evacuate the house for fear of electrical issues with the water flooding and had us shut off the electricity. The Fire department found the pipe that bursted in the living room and told us to have the landlord repair it. Telling me this same issue was happening all over the Island because of the severe cold. One of the firemen had to leave and go straight to her home because of the same issue with the pipes frozen. Roughly an hour later, Mike shows up, while my landlord was here, showing up after the fire department did their investigation and left, and proceeds to tell my landlord that I was responsible for the leak because I somehow, magically with my mind, isolated the heat from my living room, freezing my pipes on purpose 🤬 Like what is this man even talking about??? I have children in my home sir. And my oil heating tank had 3/4 of oil in it, plenty of oil, almost full. I had the heater on in my home, because it was so cold. My children have asthma. I've lived here for 28 years. NEVER HAVE I EVER been a magician where I can isolate one room from my thermostat 😑Unfortunately, this home is not high tech. The thermostat has NEVER been changed or upgraded, is extremely old and dated, so there is no way humanly possible for me to isolate the heat from coming to my living room or any other room, for that matter. It's all one system 😤 This plumber, Mike, went into my basement and touches the boiler and screams out how cold it is. Trying to insinuate that I never had the heater on. He showed up a little over an hour after I originally called him and is wondering why the boiler is cold when its in my basement where its 6° outside, the boiler switch turned off and electricity was shut down and you're wondering why its cold??? I'm extremely upset that this man came in, accusing me of deliberately freezing my living and causing the pipe to burst when I had absolutely nothing to do with it and telling my landlord trying to get me in trouble. He even pointed to a space heater I was using, like, give me a break!! THERE IS NO HEAT IN MY HOUSE, OF COURSE I have a space heater 🤬 Just outrageous! I will never use this company again and I will make sure my landlord knows it! So Mike, I would love for you to explain how I magically turned off the heat specifically to the living room? We had a real plumber come in the very next day here and fixed the broken pipe in the living room. Everything works great and no other leaks. Mike had suggested to the landlord that the problem was much bigger and it wasn't. Making it seem like it was a bigger job with leaks throughout the house. What a joke! I am highly offended that this man would do this. Like I said, I've been here since 1997. I'm a mother. I'm not here trying to go against my own interests by ruining where I've lived for over 28 years as a tenant!!!!!! Like, how dare you!!

From the moment I called and spoke to Marla I knew this was the company for me, she could not have been any nicer and attentive, then Rob came to the house was quick, professional and friendly and their prices were very affordable, unlike the last cpmpany that came to my house frank and son of deer park they were a rip off
