“Hi I am just wondering if you talked to your car insurance in reference to rear ending my children and I on park rd in wyomissing? The owner and it's driver's need to be held accountable. I wonder do you treat your business and customers the same way? Ignoring this will not make it go away!”
“Not so good. Arrived with wrong water heater so they had to return to warehouse for correct heater. This delayed installation by about 3 hours. Connecting pipe they installed broke while I was away for weekend, flooding the basement, causing catastrophic water damage. Working with Servepro to get basement repaired.”
