“The plumber was able to fix the issue but left hand stains all over my wall (which I’ll have to paint over), plumbers putty on my fence (from going in and out, which I couldn’t clean off with a wet rag) and also charged me for services that he didn’t perform ($500!!). I’m still waiting for a refund and it’s been over a week!! I’ve called them and they keep telling me someone will call me back about the refund but …”

“"Just works" I've never had a repair happen at the beginning of a service window rather than the end of it - it was pretty magical. Will was sent to fix a valve and had it done quickly and smoothly and helped me finish a bidet installation as a bonus, once the main repair was complete. He was methodical and easy to work with. I needed someone in a pinch and they came through. Thank you!”
“I highly recommend them! From the start they were very knowledgeable about the job requirements so the estimate was going to be very accurate. They also clued me on on some extra equipment that I would need to get to ensure complete installation. I was always able to call them to see when they would arrive and then they stayed until I was able to hook up the unit to my wifi. Very happy!”
