Had a truly lovely experience with Woody when I called him late last night with concerns that the vent pipe in my building had cracked and sewer fumes/gasses were coming into my home. I am off-island taking care of a family member and had a friend checking on my home, so it was all very unnerving. He added me to his schedule today and graciously took a look at everything to make sure it was okay. His price was beyond reasonable and I will definitely call on him when I need his help with plumbing in the future. Already referred him to a friend on the Westside for his new home. Ricky Tanno with Woody’s Plumbing did an amazing job fixing the leak coming from the unit above mine. He was professional, arrived on time, and came fully prepared with all the supplies needed to get the job done right. He quickly diagnosed the issue, explained everything clearly, and the repair process was smooth from start to finish. It’s hard to find contractors on Maui who are reliable, communicative, and efficient, and Ricky definitely checked all the boxes. I would absolutely recommend Ricky and Woody’s Plumbing Services to anyone needing plumbing work done. I’ll definitely be calling them again for any future plumbing needs.

Highly recommend. Gave us a fair and honest recommendation that solved our low water pressure issue. If you are looking for a great plumber, give these guys a chance. We were previously quoted $16,000 by another plumber and these guys recommended we go back to the county folks to replace a part free of charge and that fixed our issue. So glad we went with these guys. They're good, honest people.

DO NOT GO ANYWHERE ELSE FOR YOUR PLUMBING NEEDS!!!! Thank you goes out to Woody from Woody’s Plumbing for all you do to cater to the plumbing needs of the people on Maui!! I am a retired construction supervisor and I know these folks GOT WHAT IT TAKES TO GET THE JOB DONE RIGHT. I got an estimate for a garbage disposal swap out from Woody’s Plumbing and a competitor - and the competitor of Woody’s Plumbing charged me a service fee because of “my location” just to show up and look at the disposal; their tech did not try to turn it ON or to even examine the problem - JUST TO LOOK AT IT. I was NOT instructed there would be a fee when making the appointment however - and that seems shady and deceptive. 
Woody’s Plumbing came the very next day on a Sunday to do my estimate FOR FREE. Cody was polite and courteous and removed his shoes before entering. Cody went right to work to see what was wrong and how to remedy the disposal. He gave me his advice and, as a customer, I feel as if CODY KNOWS WHAT HE IS TALKING ABOUT not just trying to sell me something. He gave me a very reasonable estimate on the spot and sent a copy to my email. Ricky was the technician that performed my install and removal of the old one. They sent me a text when I scheduled the appointment, and sent a link to watch when the tech arrived in real time. Exactly the same as before, Ricky has respect for the customer, polite to speak to, removed his shoes before entering my home AND GOT RIGHT TO WORK!!! Thank you Woody for having such HARD WORKING, EFFICIENT and PROFESSIONAL QUALITY people in your employ. Thank you for fixing my disposal fast, accurate, and at a reasonable price. 10/10 will use Woody’s Plumbing AGAIN!!!!

I had a great experience with Woody's plumbing recently. I had a leak occur on a Saturday morning. I was worried about getting anyone to come out on the weekend, but they came right away. The problem was a little more complicated than just a leak, and Ricky was very patient and took his time to make sure it was fixed properly before he left. The price was very reasonable as well. I will definitely be contacting them for any further plumbing issues I have, and would recommend that you do as well. 5 stars all the way!
