When the technician arrived, he took the time to explain the repairs needed and answered all my questions. Their customer care goes above and beyond!

Terrible customer service from both the rep and technician. I scheduled an appointment for a running toilet and clogged garbage disposal. I asked up front for cost estimates, the rep told me that it is a $95 service call and then there were possible labor and parts costs. She did not tell me that the labor was a minimum $195, so just with that, we were already at $300 before any work was actually done. When I got upset about the costs that I was not made aware of from the rep, the tech went to his truck as if he was getting the part to fix our toilet and just left without saying anything.
