Winn's Plumbing Co.

I have nothing but great opinions on this company. I need a new hot water heater installed. Very professional, arrived, worked, cleaned up and then explained to me in detail about their work/repairs. As well as a very reasonable price, will keep their information for future projects.

Winn's have been our go to plumber for a couple of years. They installed a new hot water heater for us and were professional and efficient. Whe we moved and had a few issues with our new houses plumbing, Winn's guys have always been on time, very polite and not ridiculously priced like some of the chain/large companies.

Called this morning because I had no water. The owner called me back asked a few questions and sent a service man out. The service man had the needed parts based on my conversation with the owner and fixed the issue. Everyone I dealt with was courteous and professional. They definitely get an A+ in my book. I willl definitely recommend them to all my family and friends.

Called early on Thursday, said they would be out at 12,, no show had to call them again they said sorry can we come Friday at 9, no show called me at 915 and ask if they could come Monday. I said no brother.

If you're going to use these guys, strictly use them for plumbing. I had an issue with my A/C (heat pump) and they recommended someone they work closely with. The guy shows up, uses his diagnostic equipment, tells me he can't detect any leaks, and fills up the unit with freon. 3 weeks and $300 later, the A/C unit is back to not working. I went by to talk with their office manager, and followed up via phone a week later, and I'm pretty much SOL. Now I've got to contract a real heating and air company to fix my unit at an additional cost. I guess what bothers me most is I've spent around $1500 with them over the last 6 months fixing plumbing issues at my house, and they are kind of "sorry your A/C is not working, but that's not really our problem, that's an issue between you and the guy we recommended." Buyer Beware.
