“If you're going to use these guys, strictly use them for plumbing. I had an issue with my A/C (heat pump) and they recommended someone they work closely with. The guy shows up, uses his diagnostic equipment, tells me he can't detect any leaks, and fills up the unit with freon. 3 weeks and $300 later, the A/C unit is back to not working. I went by to talk with their office manager, and followed up via phone a week …”
