W.F. Hann and Sons

I usually don't do reviews, but I really wanted to share how great of an experience I had. The best customer service, professionalism, and kindness from a company I have seen in a long time. My furnace went out on a Sunday in February. My furnace was over 30years old. I called on a late evening and Dennis called me right back, which I didn't expect on the weekend. He sent out a repairman right away. The repair man treated me like family and was honest, I needed a new furnance because it was so old. Hearing that I needed a new furnace felt like a nightmare but Dennis was reassuring and made it easy. Dennis called me back and came out to my home to help me find the type of furnace that I needed. He even showed me extra tips about my home. Dennis is awesome!!!! He took the time to explain and help me figure things out. He even let me borrow a heater until my new furnace was installed. Dennis brought Sean out to install the furnance and he was so cool and caring. Installation was quick and easy. He explained what he was doing and actually finished up early. I really appreciate the kindness and professionalism of everyone at W.F.Hann and Sons and will definitely use them in the future and recommend to all my friends and neighbors.

Chris came at the time I requested and was professional and did an excellent job. He assessed the plumbing problems thoroughly, which were complex. He took care of our home in the most time efficient manner. We are grateful that he was the one to provide plumbing repairs. Thank you WF Hahn

I found the tech to be extremely knowledgeable. He was very courteous and took time to explain complex system in an understandable fashion. He proposed several options to the situation with a recommendation. He took additional time to Check additional issues that could affect his proposal. After a very thorough check out of the systems, he then set up a meeting with the sales staff. I am extremely satisfied with the work that was done today thank you Terry Cameron

WF Hann was very accommodating and responded to my call same day. No heat in the winter is stressful in and of itself but Keith, Dennis & team helped ease our worries faster than I could’ve imagined! A few days later, our furnace officially needed to be replaced (and we replaced our AC too while we were at it) and Tom and his team were phenomenal. They arrived right on the scheduled time and were very communicative throughout.

Ian and Chris arrived promptly at 8:00am to install the new furnace. They were courteous and professional. They completed the job before the house got cold. Ian explained the Ecobee thermostat and got me going online. I am very pleased.
