My sump pump pipe outside split in two, I called and within a few hours someone was at the house and able to fix it. I appreciate the quickness in their arrival and getting the job done within a reasonable time

I really appreciated Chad's excellent work. He was kind, knowledgeable and explained everything well to me. He did a great job repairing my plumbing problems.

They wanted to charge me over $700 for a very simple bathroom faucet replacement with less than an hour of actual labor only. This place is terribly overpriced and takes advantage of customers that need help. I won't do business with them. This is as bad as eco plumbers

I called these guys for a quote on a small plumbing job - replacing the gas line shutoff valve for my fireplace. They quoted me $1,500 which is ridiculous. Jack Woods Plumbing came out and got the job done in about an hour for $160.

Jacob from Westerville Plumbing and Drain is an exceptional plumber. He came to my home today to troubleshoot and diagnose an issue with my sump pump and why there was back up water shooting out of the exit pipe near my Foundation. Jacob was courteous, explained everything thoroughly and was very careful inside and outside my property. I recommend him highly. I needed a new sump pump and backup and he installed it quickly. He then proceeded to work in the yard to determine why I have backup water shooting out of the pipe exiting my sump pump. He stated that it was likely due to hidden debris and possible roots that have invaded my yard and damaged my Pipelines. He then snaked some of the lines with a camera and determined that is exactly why there was water backing up. After spending almost 7 hours at my home, he cleaned up the area in my basement, removed boxes and garbage quickly. We both agreed he would return on a sunny dry day at the end of the week to finish up the job and make recommendations on additional steps needed to avoid this problem in the future. Great job Jacob!

Are there six stars? We were very pleased with the service Chad provided. Not to mention that he put on and removed shoe covers every time he entered and left the house the genuine smile and greeting he shared after he approached our front door was awesome. Needless to say he is very personable. We had a leaking vent stack in our basement. We were concerned about the complexity of the repair and certainly the potential cost with the possibility of breaking into the concrete basement floor. However, Chad showed no hesitation at all and was very confident in his plan to replace the bad section. He sawed out and replaced the bad section in less than an hour it looked better than what was originally done. The experience was among the top one or two for us ever. Great job.

Mike came out and was professional and pleasant. The issue is I called to have a leak's location under the slab foundation identified and then repaired. I informed the person that took the request that there was a leak under the slab foundation. Mike let us know that they do not do leak detection even though the website says "At Westerville Plumbing & Drain, we specialize in providing comprehensive leak detection services throughout the Greater Columbus Ohio area..... Our professional water leak detection services ensure that every water leak is identified and repaired efficiently." So basically my elderly mother in law was charged $99 for Mike to come and tell us they didn't do leak detection.

We had one of those plumbing nightmare emergencies….the kind that always happens on a late night of a weekend. Reached out to a local family owned plumbing service and was not let down. The plumber (technician??) who came to our house was courteous and professional (and I liked too how the company sent a small bio/pic before he arrived…nice touch). Helped fix the problem quickly and even suggested looking at any other issues that may be needed attending while he was there. Bottom line? Wonderful, helpful, friendly and professional. Had a longtime slow drip in an exposed basement elbow pipe that I finally decided to pony up to get fixed. Called Westerville Plumbing (aka Five Star Home Services) and they came out within 48 hours and promptly solved the issue. And while the price was rather stiff ($500), my assumption is that this is a fair market cost these days. Corey was punctual, communicated effectively and (as of this writing) seems to have rid me of a several year long slow drip problem. Would not hesitate to contact for future needs.

The two technicians showed up on time, representing their company in a professional manner. Explaining everything they were doing. Offered solutions with options. Explaining everything once again to my son. Professional, respectful, through evaluation. Would definitely recommend Austin as a technician.

Mike was so AWESOME. He helped diagoniosing the current problem and helped with ways to go about what we needed to do. He made two other appointments for me right away to take care of any future needs. He needs to be recognized for his helpfull tips, knowledge and Customer Service!

Needed a new toilet in downstairs bathroom that needed extra care putting in due to an uneven floor. They resolved the problem and then showed me how solid it was after they put it in. Total pros from beginning to end. I will only call them again if I need anything plumbing related.

I had a jammed disposal due a piece of broken mug that went down the drain. Chad was able to fix it promptly and gave me advice on parts of my faucet that will need replaced soon (I was aware this will need repaired from a previous service call from a different provider).
