“Art did an amazing job, front to back. I am SO grateful to him for figuring out our issue from the getgo, which wasn't easy. We hired two other companies to come try and figure out why our hot water kept going cold occasionally. They both assured us that it had to be the mixing valve or cartridge failure... Finally we called Western Rooter as a last resort”

“on Oct 27, western Rooter technician cleared my toilets drains clog due to roots. However, on Nov 6,-less than TWO WEEKs later the same drain became clogged again. Spoke to both technician and the general manager , both were not cooperative or willing to address my concerns. Both insisted that I would need to pay $375 again for another service call.”

Office staff were proactive and organized when I called to schedule service. Communication was adequate in terms of keeping me apprised of the timing of the service call.”
“We have been using Western Rooter & Plumbing for our condominium complex. We had a kitchen drain clog this morning so I called Western. Joan at the office was very courteous and helpful. Albert came out a couple of hours later. He couldn't be more professional and courteous. He fixed the drain in no time and was very clean and organized. He is excellent! I highly recommend Western and Albert.”
