Western Mass Heating, Cooling and Plumbing is a great company to work with. They installed my whole house heat pump years ago and have kept the system running in excellent condition. One rainy, freezing night they came out quickly when the fan blades were hitting on ice that had built up on the inside of the condenser cover. Their technicians have always been professional and efficient.

Working with Western Mass Heating and Cooling was smooth. The plumbers were knowledgeable and had our gas stove set up and working properly after it was delivered. We look forward to using their service again as there will be more work in the future.

I've used Western Mass Heating & Cooling for several years now and they are great! I always purchase an annual mainenance agreement for my gas furnance and AC which helps me keep track of maintence and I get 24/7 emergency service if there is a problem which I haven't had to use yet. They are always very professional, kind, and happy to answer any questions I might have. This month I just called them for plumbing services to clean out kitchen and bathroom pipes and replace my main water shut-off valve which started leaking. The technician did a great job.

Wow, what an amazing company. Jessie helped us out with a Buderus system that was not working properly. She really knows her stuff! Even though she had just had a 21 hour day, she came and rescued me and my house from what would have become a frozen pipe disaster. I appreciate how she was able to troubleshoot and creatively solve what seems to me to be quite a complicated problem It's refreshing to meet someone with so much knowledge, enthusiasm and kindness.
