I have spent YEARS looking for a reliable and trustworthy plumber in Lake County. My search has FINALLY come to an end! I had some water damage from a bad water heater and some valves that needed to be brought up to code. Steve was extremely professional, forthcoming and up front! On the day of the work, everyone arrived on time and were extremely polite throughout. New parts were priced and recommended to me before any work was authorized. Pricing at the end matched what was quoted to me over the phone, and all at a very competitive price! Highly recommended!

I called up in a panic because a sump pump alarm was going off. They walked me through a few steps I could check and see if I could resolve the problem without a need for a service call - they got me back up and running. Long story short, I don't know of many companies nowadays that take the time to give you a hand rather than just come out and charge you. This is exceptional. I would recommend them to anyone needing plumbing service - I will be calling them the next time I have a need and recommending them to my neighbors and friends.

We had a toilet issue and Steve and the crew came out right away. They were able to assess the situation and take care of the problem so quickly. I was so impressed with the guys how professional they were. The new toilet is beautiful. Great job! Definitely will call you again!

I called Water Tight Plumbing & Sewer after finding gas leaks in our pipes to the water heater and dryer. (Who knew you needed a plumber for a gas leak? Not me.) I called Steve, the Owner, who had his guys to my house within the hour. Bill and Chris made all the repairs in a timely fashion. And came back the same day at no charge after the gas company turned the gas back on to make sure everything was good. They took great care of me and my house!
