Water Tight Plumbing & Sewer

We have used Water Tight Plumbing & Sewer for many years. We have been very happy with their prices and services such as routing or ridding pipes, installing sump pumps, replacing water heater, replacing toilets, repairing toilets, routing sewer pipes, replacing and repairing faucets. They are by far the best!!

This is the SECOND time Steve has come through for me in two completely different scenarios. BOTH were on a Saturday when most places won't return your call until Monday. He answered both times and made a house call within the following few hours! Just to know that someone that knows what they are talking about to come out on a Saturday to reduce the stress immediately and know what you are dealing with potentially is amazing. The first time my water heater pressure release valve failed and water was bursting out into the basement. He came out and explained everything to me thoroughly and told me the next steps for fixing the issue. I have to work and am single, so he said it was okay for my neighbor to be here on the upcoming Monday when his son and other employee came to resolve the issue. Everything went smoothly and all was fixed despite neither me or Steve being physically present at that moment. Thankfully it was just the pressure tank that needed changed! The second episode happened this morning with the brutal cold and no water was running-- my pipes were frozen..... I texted Steve in a slight panic and then he called right away and came out on a Saturday again to take care of me within the hour. To not have any family nearby and know that I have a trusted plumber when situations like this happen unannounced and on weekends ( super important!!! ) is such a relief. Honest, hardworking, reasonable pricing. He could have charged me way more and he didn't, so I wrote the check for a little more because the hometown feel can't be bought and I am so very appreciative of Water Tight Plumbing taking care of me! Highly Recommend!

I called Water Tight Plumbing early in the week to schedule a service appointment and Steve offered to fit the service in that same day. I scheduled it for later in the week, and even though it was likely considered a small job, Steve called mid-week to confirm the appointment schedule and couldn’t have been more considerate and understanding in working with my changing work schedule, shifting the arrival window to accommodate. Bill and Connor were so professional, efficient, respectful of the home, and considerate from arrival to departure, and the issue I requested service for was fully resolved. Connor fully explained in detail what was done and answered any questions. I would definitely recommend Water Tight Plumbing to anyone looking for plumbing service!

They came and gave me an estimate that was accurate and fair. Two days later they were here with all the parts needed to get the job done quickly and with good quality work. Conner and Bil did good work while being friendly and professional.

They installed my water heater quickly and made sure everything was working perfectly before they left. The quality of their work and attention to detail really stood out. I highly recommend them to anyone needing reliable plumbing service
