Brian was very nice. He did a great job! It took less than an hr and even took the old water heater away. So stress free for my dad.Who is 88. Thank you again Brian and happy birthday too!

They showed up promptly and replaced the new tank at once. The gas control wasn’t functioning properly and they tried to fix it. They come back next morning and change with another new tank and it is working now. Keeping professionalism and easy to talk is my favorite experience with them. Kudos to Sesak V.

Brian was efficient, ontime and did the job of installing new water heater professionally. Was friendly,explaining every process that is necessary for the longevity of the water heater. He did the job efficiently within two hours and was done. I will highly recommend the services of this Company. It was a little bit pricey installing a new heater but was worthy it.

I had a new water heater installed about 10 yrs ago but the pilot light went off this morning. I read the instructions stuck on the water heater and it says to turn knob to clockwise to the pilot position and it would not ... so I called them and the person who answered was very rude and asked me to read instructions (in a very abnoxious way) or schedule service for $159 and not tell me that it should be done anticlockwise to go to Pilot and just hung up. I did not expect this from a company who wants to provide good service.

We had our 18 year old tankless water heater fail on us Placed a call to Water Heater Specialists first thing in the morning and Richard (Ricky) the technician was out at our house within 2 hours. After performing a thorough diagnostic to perform a service call and see if repair was possible - it became apparent that the unit needed to be replaced - Ricky tracked down a suitable replacement drove to the distribution site and not only returned within a short period of time but installed the new unit - amazingly the entire process which could have been catastrophic was completely taken care of from start to finish in 5 Hours! I wish I could hand out more than 5 stars for their fair pricing, professionalism and customer service - Highest of recommendations to the team

Woke up to a leaking water heater this morning. Called Water Heater Specialists and Walt immediately sent someone to look at it within the hour. Carleton was efficient, professional and knowledgeable. We ended up replacing the old water heater and Carleton installed the new one remarkably fast. He also cleaned up immediately after he finished the installation. Carleton gave us some instructions to improve the life of the new water heater and helpful tips to save on gas. It feels good to know that there are still honest people we can rely on especially during emergencies. Thank you very much. Highly recommend Water Heather Specialists! When I called, someone picked up the phone right away. They are a 24 hour service and when you don’t have hot water, this means so much. Ernesto came to my home right when the scheduler told me he would show up. Ernesto was clear and informative about what he can do to help my hot water issues, and how much it would cost me. He had all the supplies needed right then and there to replace my entire water heater! Ernesto’s explanations and replacing the water heater took no longer than 2 hours which helped my busy schedule. I would highly recommend. The service was fast, easy, and reasonably priced. I even gained a little more knowledge about water heaters.

Ernesto came promptly on a Sunday. My water heater was nearing the end of its useful life and he gave me options to fix it or replace it. I decided to replace it, and he completed the job pretty quickly. He also improved some aspects like wall bracing, expansion tank and leak pan. I wish I had spent some time before he arrived to investigate the expected cost of a new unit. I had the receipt from the old unit almost 10 years old, and it was much more expensive than that. Some increase is obviously expected, but on a Sunday morning with no hot water it's difficult to comparison shop. I was happy with the work and the warranty on the new unit.

Our water heater after 15 years started leaking today...I called the water heater specialists, and they arrived 90 minutes later...Ernesto identified the problem, and suggested that we should replace, as the problems were on the inside of the unit...He quickly replaced the old, with the new, and added insulation, a drip pan and a couple of other items that were necessary for optimum performance...Ernesto was totally professional, and finished everything in about an hour...Thank you Ernesto, and Water Heater Specialists, for a most excellent job from start to finish!!...AAA+!!!...5 star service!!...Totally satisfied!!

Marcus was very professional and most of all ON TIME!! He came at the top of my 3 hour window. He was spot on with his time estimate for how long it would take to fix. I opted for a new water heater install due to the age and money already put into the old one. He quoted me a price and that’s what I paid. He even noted my main should be serviced soon. I’m in the process of getting bids. I value and appreciate the service provided by Marcus. He cleaned up his work area and took my old water heater away once the new one was installed. I was showering in hot water within a few hours of install.

Great service from start to finish from Jesus. I would definitely recommend. When we first saw a leak on our water heater, we called the number listed on the water heater and someone picked up in two second - even though it was 9pm on a Friday. The service person on the phone was calm, friendly, and helpful. A technician arrived the next afternoon (Jesus). He was friendly, polite, professional, and efficient. He helped us figure out the best options for us, and the installation was also efficient and did not disturb us even though the water heater is in our house. Excellent experience.

Our water heater went down on a Friday night and I just knew getting someone out on the weekend was going to be a hassle. I was dreading the whole thing. I called Water Heater Specialists at 8am on Saturday morning, and I had a new water heater installed and heating by 11am. Sesar was awesome. Professional, and a pleasure to work with. They presented with 2 quotes, a high and low, and he went to work. Seriously, these guys got it done FAST, and the work was top-tier. late evening, found my water heater leaking. Called another plumber and never got a return call when they said they would call. Called Water Heater Specialist for Hayward, was told Richard would be there 11-2, He was prompt at 11, He was very knowledgeable and able to answer all of my questions. His estimate was fair but most important was how my time was respected and his ablity to get right to work replacing my 18 year old Bradford White water heater with a new one. Richard did a clean professional job. Recommend their service if in need of a water heater.

We had an issue with pilot not turning on on our water heater, reached out to Water Heater Specialists in the middle of the night and they provided a prompt response and helped set up a quick schedule first thing in the morning. The technician Jesus was very professional, talked through the work he was doing and helped me understand the issue. He was thorough with his testing, tried various methods to fix the pilot issue before replacing with a brand new panel board as ours was broken. I will highly recommend both Jesus and the team at Water Heater Specialists

Our 20 year old water heater finally kicked the bucket the evening before we were headed out of town for vacation. Richard came over on short notice right before we left for vacation and was able to quickly diagnose the issue and make a recommendation. We were able to schedule him to come out and replace our heater first thing in the morning the day after we returned. Richard was prompt (on his day off!), friendly, and professional.
