Home warranty refused because they interpreted it as cosmetic . Meanwhile water is leaking all over when we use it . “I would have given this company 4-5 stars if I was not grossly overcharged. I am happy with the quality of work but that’s just a piece of the pie. I contacted them because I had a leak coming from upstairs. The plumber arrived sooner than expected which was a plus and immediately diagnosed it as the seal being broken on the toilet.
