The VC plumbers have previously done work in the house. We hired them again because of the quality of work and competence of their employees. They were very professional in keeping us informed about the work schedule. The price quoted didn’t change from initial meeting to completion of work.

Used VC Plumbing to replace a sump pump and do some water heater maintenance. Stephan was great to work with - he showed up during the appt window, wore foot coverings, and gave me quotes for all the potential services. I really appreciated the fact that he didn't try to upsell me anything I didn't need, even items I inquired about that I thought I might need he told me were probably unnecessary. The work was completed timely, area cleaned up very nicely, and the price I paid at the end was exactly what he quoted me at the start. Would definitely use these guys again!

Stefan and Will were excellent. After struggling to find a plumber that would really get to the root of my problem, they came in, took the trouble to properly diagnose the cause, and fixed my issue for good. 100% will rely on them for all my future plumbing needs

Terrible experience with this company. I paid $250 for a sewer scope, and was told I’d receive a video recording, photos, and a report by the following week. That never happened. I followed up multiple times—first they said the report would be sent, then I was repeatedly sent to voicemail with no response. Weeks have passed and I still have nothing to show for the service I paid for. No follow-through, no accountability, and no customer service. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Unprofessional in keeping appointment schedule that they set up for me. Didn't show up.

Sadly, I woke up this fine Sunday to a watery mess. Knowing nothing (except how to shut off the water main, which I did), I called VC Plumbing explaining my water woes. Within 10 minutes I had a call back, and in less than an hour the plumber was here saving the day. Did I mention it was Sunday at 7am? Going above and beyond the plumbing repair, they contacted a restoration company for me so I didn't have to go searching for one myself. Not just service oriented, but compassionate and kind to boot - thank you all!!! I am grateful I don't often have plumbing and sewer issues, but when I do, I'm calling VC Plumbing (and you should too).

Extremely disappointing experience with Vince, the owner of this plumbing company. His attitude was unacceptable, and the service was far from professional. They charged me $89 without even visiting the facility. Despite collecting the payment, Vince falsely claimed to the handyman that it wasn’t received. His tone and demeanor suggest he believes he knows everything, but unfortunately, that’s far from the truth. This reflects a lack of professionalism, poor communication, and no willingness to provide proper service. Very disappointing! I would never recommend this company to anyone.

Tuesday 1/7/2025, my neighbor from upsters had a leak , the land lord called V C plumbing INC, and one of their worker come to check, he called me asked the permission to cut the sealing, before to give the permission, I asked if they will fix it back, he told me yes, their company will fix the sealing back , paint , cover and everything else, now , I tried to call them, no one answers, nobody wants to fix it , land lord or V C plumbing and I have a big whole on my sealing.

We had a pipe burst and called VC Plumbing based on a google search. Kyle and Miguel arrived the same day, fixed the problem efficiently and were very fair with pricing. They were very professional, knowledgeable, and had great communication. We appreciated the service so much that we had them come back the following week to do some additional work that needed to get done. Highly recommend. Thank you for your help!

I have to say it was an absolute pleasure to work with this company to fix the plumbing in our bathroom. We worked with Jonathan and he was extremely patient with us and explained everything in detail as far as what needed to be done. He replaced everything and even stayed a few minutes after finishing the project to ensure that there was no leakage. I highly recommend this company! Ignore the bad reviews

Super happy with the service I received from VC Plumbing. I called Tuesday night and Plumber arrived right on time Wednesday am. He gave me price to repair very old toilet and price to replace. Prices were very close. I had a new toilet installed same day and happy with price and service. VC has also done prior routing and installed a clean out valve on a Holiday with no extra charge for Holiday service.

I highly recommend this company and am so happy to have found them. Knowledgeable, transparent, honest, polite and respectful of my home. Kyle offered three different options with pricing supported by photos of my plumbing issues. I was able to make an educated decision based on his expertise to resolve my plumbing issue. VC plumbing has done several jobs for me now, most recently they replaced my water heater. Jonathan explained went through every step with me. He was neat and clean, using booties while walking through my house. He cleaned up nicely after the job was done. I wouldn’t hesitate to call VC Plumbing again! Great team, and I’m happy with all of the work and timely service.

We had a huge job for VC plumbing. We needed a lot of work done including replacing pipes. Kyle and Miguel were basically with us the whole time. Jonathan came to help as well. The guys were amazing. I have had VC Plumbing at my house multiple times and all I have to say is that it is the best experience I’ve ever had with a plumber. Everyone has been outstanding in their service and professionalism. It is rare to find a plumber that is looking out for YOUR best interest. When someone asks for a plumber recommendation, the only answer is VC Plumbing!
