David generously came back in the evening to repair a drain leak that was initiated but not caused by his earlier repair. This leak was inevitable due to very old galvanized pipes still in service. His service was above and beyond excellent. David is extremely pleasant to work with.

We were notified by the court that we had a pressurized irrigation leak, which we had no way of locating. Kaiden was one of the most - if not the most- competent technicians in the industry. He has the often-missing talent of bridging trade talk with the typical client, was cheerful and clearly enjoyed his work. He explained clearly, fixed the problem competently, and let us know of other ways his company (to whom he is clearly loyal) can assist us without being overbearing. Would 10/10 recommend.

Valley Plumbing gets 5 stars from me and a special shout out to Dallon who knocked it out of the park with his plumbing expertise. Had an early Saturday water main valve leak. I called Valley Plumbing and Dallon showed up 30 minutes later. He assessed the problem and quickly replaced the valve and installed a pressure regulator. We had water flowing before anyone really knew it was off. Thank you Dallon and Valley Plumbing.

Parker came out to our house and was extremely helpful in finding the cause of a gas leak. He explained how everything worked and why he was doing what he was doing, which was super comforting! He went above and beyond. We were originally waiting for another company to come help with our leak, but after waiting 7 hours for them we called Towers/Valley plumbing and they were here within 30 minutes. So fast!!

My Husband is an excellent handyman, so I knew the sink was bad when he said, call a plumber. Lol We found Valley Plumbing and Drain to save us. We had amazing.work done by Mitch. He was kind, courteous and knew his stuff. He cleared the drain and gave us tips and tricks to help things keep running smoothly. Thank you, thank you!

Called at 9am. By 1115 Dusty was standing at my front door. Introduced himself. Accessed the situation. Explain so that I understood it. Quoted me a fair price. Told he would be done in an hour. Dean arrived so quickly when we found out the faucet problem during a water main replacement project. He examined thoroughly and fixed all problematic ones and explained us the causes and maintenance we can. Really experienced and professional, and a true pleasure to work with. David and Lae were fantastic! David explained the issue with our grease trap clearly and what needed to be done, and they worked quickly and efficiently to resolve it. To top it off, the price was very reasonable. All in all, it was a positive experience working with them!

Super easy to schedule on their website and their phone staff was awesome when I had a family emergency and had to reschedule. John and Dalton were prompt, knowledgeable and courteous. They quickly identified and fixed the issue with our hot water. Really great service.

This company is great. They've helped me a few times. I like they are local and established. Everyone has been personable. They don't have that vibe like they are trying to constantly upsell and then a $200 things becomes $5k.
