We can’t say enough good things about Valley Air and Heating! They were incredibly professional, honest, and quick to help us when we really needed it. Their employees were also very professional, respectful, and easy to work with throughout the entire process. The quality of their work was excellent, and they truly cared about making sure everything was done right. It’s rare to find people who care about their customers the way they do. We are so thankful and highly recommend them to anyone needing HVAC work done. Five stars all the way!

Both visits that identified and solved my issue were handled promptly with great communication before the technicians arrived. Great service. Would certainly call again with any future issues. Cost of parts has gone up significantly, which is not the fault of Valley Heating and Air.

Had an after hours pipe rupture. Called multiple plumbers with no response after 2 1/2 hours. Call Valley Air. They paged the technician Dakota who called me back in six minutes and was at my house 40 minutes later repair done all in less than 90 minutes from my first call. Very personable. Did a great job.

Booking my plumbing appointment was the most pleasant customer service experience I’ve had in ages. What a joy to encounter someone in this day and age who has phone skills! I also appreciate that the receptionist told me up front the cost of a house call ($89). I didn’t even have to ask. A+ for transparency! A+ for follow-through as well: 1) the repair tech called when he was on his way, just like the receptionist said he would; 2) after the work was done, the repair tech checked three times for leaks; and 3) the next day the receptionist called me back to ensure my satisfaction. I could not have had a better experience and will definitely use Valley Air again! And just for anyone who’s wondering, the repair was a replacement of the basket assembly at the bottom of our kitchen sink basin. The metal collar that screws up into the bottom of the sink had broken, and so it couldn’t keep the seal tight. Troy, the repair tech, said it was rusted out completely when he removed it, and he was surprised it hadn’t fallen right through the hole in the sink basin! I didn’t see the rusty part myself. (Showing it to me to build trust is the only place where Valley might have had room for improvement.) The total charge for everything was just under $397. I don’t know if that’s good or bad for plumbing—we’re new to homeownership—but it sure did save us hours of frustration and confusion and give us peace of mind that it’s fixed right.

Received extremely professional attention from Chris, Daniel, Jason, and everyone in the office who handled communication. The dated equipment was removed cleanly and the beautiful new compressor, custom ducts, and air handler were neatly installed. The on-line setup was established and explained and it has been great fun to remotely check on the new units. The equipment works just the way it was explained to us and it is whisper quiet. We should have done the upgrade years ago.
