The technician (Seaton) who came out to pump my septic tank that had not been uncovered or pumped in the 60 years since it had been placed in the ground was excellent. He was able to figure out right away where the tank was, so I avoided the fee of having to have it found with equipment, and he worked quickly and efficiently to pump the tank. The technicians who came today were also efficient and quick as they installed a riser on the tank. Service was all around fast, friendly, and effective. Would highly recommend to anyone for septic service.

David K. & Tony R. Were my service techs for my septic tank. I have never had to deal with one before and didn’t even know where to locate the opening. The opening was located very quickly without the use of a more expensive camera solution, and then was serviced quickly and efficiently. Both gentlemen were extremely nice and courteous! If I ever had the need for service again I would definitely be calling them again!

Great customer service received from all the Roto-Rooter staff we interacted with. Chris came on Christmas Eve (same day service!) and was able to get our clog cleared. He was very nice and knowledgeable. He had to pull one of our toilets to snake and basically couldn't even tell he had once he was done! Jim came following wk to pump our septic tank and then 2 guys came after to install our riser (so never have to dig to access septic tank lid again). David came next day to camera our line to ensure didnt have any root issues. He was very helpful and knowledgeable and did great job cleaning up the 2 areas he worked in. (When they use camera - they record it and email files later). Ashley in the office was very nice and professional in my various calls with her re scheduling and to tell me they were on their way to house. I loved they didnt charge fee to use credit card for payment (also take cash and check). Plumber / technician at house calls office to get total and they run the credit card. On Christmas Eve I had put in request to schedule via the main Roto Rooter website and got auto email afterwards acknowledging then a call soon after. When I put in request for pumping of septic tank following wk on Staunton specific website it said it went thru but they never received it and I didnt get email. So make sure get acknowledging email if use online option.

Two men showed up in a nice truck with all the tools they needed for a septic pump job. They did a nice job and preserved the grass the best they could. They were very friendly and had good stories to tell while they worked quickly and stayed very focused. They also seemed to get along with each other very well and that was fun to see. Overall a good experience and I will call them again as I always have. Fast service and good office communication too.
