We called Urban Plumbing Inc. around 4 a.m., and to our surprise, they answered right away! Their technician, Nick, arrived at our house by 6 a.m. and got everything under control quickly and professionally.”

They then came and replaced the exterior water spigot but it was dripping slowly when shut off. I was told this would stop over time. Fast forward three months and the PVC that was connected to my sump pump had come apart on the outside! Also …”
