Critical
“David did a great job and for that I give him a 5 star. The 3 star is for the billing method for the work. There is a trip charge that became part of my bill even though the work was done on the visit. The second issue was paying for him to pick up parts not on his service truck ($152 per hour). Not happy about a $900 bill to reset/restore one toilet. Still waiting for my itemized bill as well.”
