We had an excellent experience with the plumber who came out to assess the work that needed to be done. He was professional, courteous, and extremely knowledgeable. He took the time to carefully inspect everything, explained the issues clearly, and answered all of our questions with patience and honesty. We truly appreciated how thorough and respectful he was throughout the visit. It gave us confidence that the job would be handled properly and professionally. The young man who did the work was absolutely fantastic — professional, very patient, and extremely knowledgeable. He took the time to explain what happened, walked me through the repair, and made sure everything was working perfectly before he left. You can tell he takes great pride in his work. He was polite, cleaned up the area afterward, and made a stressful situation much easier to deal with. It’s rare to find someone so honest, respectful, and dependable in today’s world. Chris from Mr Rooter did an excellent install of gas line and plumbed for new sink. Would highly recommend him for connecting up your outdoor Kitchen .

I felt like I got scammed. I needed a toilet unplugged. They would not give me a price over the phone. Guy came in and said we needed the drain snaked. $350.00. I said no way. He reduced the price to $250 in 10 seconds. I needed it done and was stuck. I paid and then complained to Chris the manager. He said ok. Don’t pay it. Guy left. Chris called back and threatened a lien on my house. I paid it to protect myself from these scam artists. I asked for a receipt and never got one, even after calling 4 times. I have checked other ads and see many people charge $49 for snaking a drain. NEVER use Mr Rooter.

My water main shut off valve blew and within 30 minutes Mr. Rooter showed up and within 10 minutes I had a reasonable quote and within an hour water was back on and service was complete. Extremely happy with their service, the workmanship provided, and the speed in which it was done.
