Chad came out to our home today to do a septic pump. I appreciated the communication before his arrival as well as how quick and efficient he was! Everything went smoothly and he explained anything I needed to know after he was finished and was a decent price for the service. Highly recommend!
Had my septic tank cleaned and pumped out. Very quickly done. Cheaper than I thought it would be. Would recommend them to help you out.
We are purchasing a home in the area and needed an inspection for the conventional septic system. Underwood was able to make that happen in the timeframe we needed. Great customer service and communication with this company. Todd, Taylor, Nicole, and Colton were professional, kind, and informative every step of the way. We need a few more services in the future and we will be returning customers.
Phillip saved the day! We accidentally hit a supply line to a house and had to shut the water off to our customer’s home. I called four different plumbing companies for same-day service and none of them could make it out. Underwood Plumbing & Septic answered the call and handled it immediately. Water is back on, and our customer is happy. Same day - actually same hour - service! We will definitely be using them again. I hope you guys are taking great care of Phillip, because it is people like him who keep companies like us coming back again and again.
