Wow, not an emergency but Jason certainly treated it like it was! My water heater had a bad T&P valve and my expansion tank was also a culprit of a leak. He took care of it short order and with minimal cost. Job well done in a tight work environment!

Jason at True plumbing is the man! He not only replaced my expansion tank, he relocated it in a better spot and made it look way cleaner. It was fast and he got the job done in the timeframe I needed. Definitely recommend this True Plumbing for all your plumbing needs.

Called to get my bathroom sink fixed. A female answered and was extremely rude told me she was on lunch and to call her back. After I called back I was told I needed to text because she was busy. Never got the chance to be a customer. Would not recommend.

We had a loud banging pipe / water pressure issue in our home, and he quickly identified the problem, explained everything in a way that made sense, and took care of it efficiently. What really stood out was the fair pricing and exceptional customer service. His quote was extremely reasonable, the workmanship was top-notch, and there were zero surprises. I had an issue with my water heater and couldn’t figure it out, so I called True Plumbing here in Grantsville (they’re my go-to plumbers). Britney answered the phone—she was super friendly, professional, and had me scheduled quickly without any hassle. Jason showed up right on time and got my water heater running again. He took the time to explain what was going on in plain terms and gave me my options without any pressure. He also pointed out a couple of code updates that will need to be addressed down the road, and the recommendations were very reasonable. I really appreciated his professionalism, knowledge, and just how approachable and helpful he was. It’s refreshing to work with a company that’s not only skilled but also genuinely cares about their customers. I highly recommend True Plumbing—five stars all the way.

As a new homeowner, having my hot water go out suddenly on a Friday evening is a very scary and panic inducing experience. After call around to find someone who could service us before Monday, we found True Plumbing and let me tell you, the experience couldn’t have been better. When we called they said they’d be able to get to us on Saturday! Jason texted me his ETA the morning of, and arrived right on time. He put his own booties on out of respect for the house, and was extremely knowledgeable, professional and quick to assess the damages. He answered all my questions about my water heater unit, gave great advice and resolved the hot water issue. I will only be using True Plumbing going forward for all my applicable in house unit needs and services!

Jason with True Plumbing replaced the plastic water line that broke in my kitchen. It’s the one that runs behind the cabinets to the fridge and gives us fresh water and wonderful ice. The plastic line broke and caused massive water damage as you can see. Jason installed a shiny new steel line that will not kink, leak or break! He was very pleasant to work with and very quick. Britany referred me to EPIC Restoration for the demolition and water damage and they have been awesome. They are dealing with my insurance and they also cleaned up well after themselves. I like family owned businesses such as True Plumbing. You get treated like family, not just a consumer/customer. Thank you True Plumbing

Monday evening and a sudden burst pipe and flood in the basement left us scrambling for an emergency plumber. Tried three other services and got nowhere fast with trying to get someone. True Plumbing came to the rescue! Got to talk to an actual person who sounded like they worked for the company rather than just a call center somewhere. Confirmed details and let us know someone would be there in about an hour. Jason appeared within the specified time, determined where the leak was and had it fixed and our water back on in less than an hour. Very quick, very efficient, and very cost effective. Highly recommended.

We called True Plumbing late on a Monday night and they arrived promptly Tuesday morning. Jason and his coworker worked quickly to complete a job that needed to be done as soon as possible. They were both very respectful and the price was right. (We had called another company and they quoted double just to temporarily fix the problem and couldn’t come out until two days later to actually fix it.) Then Jason noticed another plumbing problem and suggested a fix. He did not pressure us into doing it right away, but we definitely will be using them again!

I couldn’t be happier with the service I received from True Plumbing. They recently replaced my laundry valves, and the experience was nothing short of excellent. From the first phone call to the final check, they were professional, punctual, and incredibly knowledgeable. As the GM of a local establishment, our men’s room needed a new toilet asap. I contacted True Plumbing at 1145pm on a Friday night about a broken toilet which they responded immediately! They were there bright & early Saturday morning with a new toilet ready for install. They did an amazing job, and were out before we opened for business. Jason & Easton of True Plumbing are one in a million in this industry. I would refer them to anyone that owns a business or needs help at their home. Can’t say enough about this company.

True Plumbing is a family-owned business in Grantsville, UT, and has been around for over 20 years. I first called them in 2021 when Jason cleared a clogged main line. I called again in February 2024 to replace the garbage disposal motor in my kitchen. To my surprise, Jason was able to fix the old unit without charging me. Amazing! You don't find that kind of honesty anymore. Last week, I had a leaking shower, and they fixed that too. I highly recommend True Plumbing—they are 100% honest and never take advantage of you.

I highly recommend True Plumbing. They are very knowledgeable and experienced plumbers. Their prices are reasonable and their customer service is amazing! This is the second time I have called them for help with a plumbing issue. I had a plugged toilet and was added to their schedule for service the very next day. East arrived on time, found the problem and repaired it, made sure the toilet was working lproperly and was in and out within half an hour. Great job Jason & East! I appreciate you more than you know. ❤️
