“I am a property manager and a member of the Upstate Apartment Association. Critical
“Tri-State Electrical and Plumbing began work on a property I manage in North Carolina. Shortly after the project started, a local inspector arrived and issued a stop order, as the company did not hold the required license to perform the work.”
“In a word, disgusted. Sewer clean-out back up as diagnosed by a real professional. "Ricky" shows up at our house at 8 am and promptly, to my wife' diagnoses the issues as roots growing in the clean out. Even picked up some old shrub roots and insisted it was covered in sewage... The shrubs had been removed 3 years prior with some residual roots still in ground. "Ricky" knew so definitely that he didn't have to open, …”
“BEWARE: They will substantially inflate their estimates. To repair a clean cut irrigation pvc pipe that was exposed, washed and ready for the repair, they gave me a $778 quote. They said two guys, two trucks. Absurd! We told them no thanks. We originally called since we were stretched with our schedules. What a waste of time. My husband ended up Youtubing it and buying a $5.00 part and fixing it himself in 30 …”
Positive

“All we knew was that there was a loud noise and then we could tell water was running from somewhere. My husband called Tri-State and was able to make an appointment for the next morning. Jacob came out and advised us of the issue and gave us a quote. He gave us time to discuss and make a decision while he waited patiently in his work vehicle There was no pressure at all We agreed and he went straight to work!! He …”
