I called and Towne Plumber took care of me same day. Tate was the one who came out and he was extremely knowledgeable on what I needed, and got everything taken care of right way. He was extremely nice and very professional. I absolutely recommend this company!
Had a great experience with Towne Plumber. We needed a lot of plumbing work for our renovation, and Brett did a great job getting everything done in a professional way. He also kept me informed of apparent code issues so they could be addressed.
Had a toilet flange break and needed to be replaced. Was able to get out to see us within 24 hours. Tate and another gentleman (can’t recall his name) performed the work. Zero complaints. Quality, efficient work at a very reasonable price. Got some quotes for some projects down the road, will definitely be using Towne Plumber again.
Bait and switch experts. I hired them to fix a leak in my waterline. I first had to hire a Leak Detection Service for $525, which I didn't have a problem with because my line is 1500 feet long. After the leak was located they gave me a price of $650 -$850 to fix the leak, so I told them to go ahead. They dug up the pipe and had the water turned off then called me back out and said it was a 1" pipe, not a 3/4" pipe...and since they didn't carry 1" on their truck it was going to be $1000 more for them to go out and buy the correct pvc pipe. They justified their price by saying they could do 3 other jobs in the time it took them to do this and they would have left my pipe exposed and leaking or left my water turned off if I cancelled at that time, so I had to agree to the fee. For a 1500 foot waterline that feeds 2 houses the chances of it being a 3/4" line are virtually nil. Classic bait and switch artists, so I would be very wary of using these con artists for anything.
These guys came out to give an estimate on a water line leak between the water meter and my house. Wanted me to contact a leak detection company for $400.00 before they would do the work. If they had to detect the leak it would bump the cost up to $1700.00 dollars. I just need a 5 section of line replaced, unreal. The said I could save $500.00 dollars if I dug the hole myself.
I recently had Brett from Towne Plumber come to replace a hot water heater, and I couldn't be more satisfied with his service! From the moment I contacted the company, Brett was quick to respond. Brett was not only knowledgeable but also very efficient; he completed the job in just a few hours. I really appreciated how he took the time to explain the issues and answer my questions. One of the best parts of the experience was how tidy he left everything. He cleaned up thoroughly after the installation, which I greatly appreciated. I highly recommend Brett from Towne Plumber for any plumbing needs. His professionalism and skill made this experience hassle-free!
The gentlemen called and arrived a little bit earlier than my appointment window, which was a nice change of pace. They installed the faucet without any issues and were gone within 30 minutes. Fantastic value for the work we had done. Update: 12/8/2025 Plumber arrived on time, fixed a broken pipe in an hour and saved me a ton of stress. Definitely my go-to company when it comes to plumbing work. Thank you again. Update 5/18/2026: Another super quick and easy call. Towne Plumber is definitely my goto plumber in the woodstock area. They are prompt, friendly, knowledgeable, and are not charging unreasonable prices. Quite the opposite.
I called with a leaking pipe in the kitchen. Towne Plumber diverted Matt after he finished another job nearby to solve our issue ( we had turned the water off). Matt addressed the problem immediately and quickly had us “up and running” with the leak fixed, up to date valves and the area where he was working cleaner and neater than before he started. Matt’s work was excellent, the price was very reasonable and the issues were resolved more quickly than we hoped for! Towne Plumber is #1 in our book, and we recommend them highly!
I have seen this company advertise for years and finally got a chance to use them. We called because of a slight leak and toilet issue and they were at our house in less than 24 hours. From setting up the appointment with the nice lady on the phone and my wife talking to the guys that came out, this business couldn't be more professional. We also love that they are family owned. Hope we don't have any more issues but Towne Plumber will be the guys we use from now on. Great job!! You set the benchmark of great service.
Unfortunately had a major leak from the sewage drain of my home. At approximately 730 in the evening I called Shane and he said he was finishing up a job and will come out tonight to help me. I never would've thought a plumber would come out for an emergency job at such a late hour but around 930 he was finishing up and I was very grateful. I would recommend Shane and Towne Plummer to anyone. He lives in the Towne Lake area and is prompt at returning phone calls.
One bad dude He Put our boards back on the porch after removing them to get the problem and he was not obligated to do that. Edennis plumbing was going to high ball us and I heard their person complaining about the job but Tate with town plumbing came in to save me and my family from something catastrophic that EDennis failed to deliver. Towne plumbing needs to give this guy a set Golden plumbing tools or something or give him is own country idk..
Brett was great! He was professional, friendly, and took the time to explain everything clearly. The service was efficient, and he was able to provide a quote for our repairs in a timely manner. Brett also made sure everything was cleaned up before he left and that is very much appreciated. Towne Plumber is a reliable company you can trust, and I would absolutely recommend them to anyone needing quality plumbing service.
Brett Lamonte with Towne Plumber did a fantastic job installing our hot water heater. He was fast, extremely friendly, and helped us out in a pinch. We are very grateful he was able to replace our hot water heater in such a short time because we had a lot going on that week and not having hot water was going to create a lot of issues. If you're looking for a great plumbing company, look no further than Towne Plumber!
Excellent appearance and communication of technician on site who made a quick diagnosis of problem. Provided a detail estimate to solve the problem and when he came to do the work he was careful to protect property and belongings in the area, completed the complicated repair in less time than originally projected, left the place spotless. Excellent, excellent, excellent! I would highly recommend this plumber!
I had a leak underneath my kitchen sink and called to have Towne Plumber assess the issue. They knew right away after looking at it and seeing the leak that my garbage disposal needed replacement. They were able to replace my old garbage disposal with a new one in 20 min. Price was good and the service was great. I would definitely call them back and use them for any plumbing needs.
