As soon as we could we called Total Care, he was out here the very next morning, and told us our pipes were totally fine.”

The evidence — in reviewers' own words
Critical
“Owner extremely unprofessional and these guys messed up all my pipes. Would not reccomend. They still charged full price too.”
“The gentleman who answered the phone didn’t sound courteous and when I asked him do they give free estimates he said yes and asked me what’s wrong and told him I had a leak from the floors and then he said it’s a slab leak without even coming to inspect it he’s already trying to charge me $200+ when they didn’t even come to see what’s really wrong with it so I asked him I thought the estimate was free and he said …”
Positive
“Brad was fantastic. He was at my house within 30 minutes to address my ceiling leak. He identified it right away and fixed it immediately. This was a Saturday morning. He is knowledgeable and will be getting all my plumbing business from here on out. Highly recommend.”
“Brad and Christian were amazing. They came out today to fix the burst pipe. They arrived quickly and the job was completed just as fast. The pipe is well insulated and is fantastic after the job they did. Thank you, guys stay warm and safe.”
