Brad was fantastic. He was at my house within 30 minutes to address my ceiling leak. He identified it right away and fixed it immediately. This was a Saturday morning. He is knowledgeable and will be getting all my plumbing business from here on out. Highly recommend.

Brad and Christian were amazing. They came out today to fix the burst pipe. They arrived quickly and the job was completed just as fast. The pipe is well insulated and is fantastic after the job they did. Thank you, guys stay warm and safe.

Had issues with a clogged drain. I tried everything I could but still had no luck. Brad came out promptly and did an excellent job getting everything taken care of. We found a toy giraffe! Would highly recommend and will be calling him in the future if I have any other plumbing issues!

Owner extremely unprofessional and these guys messed up all my pipes. Would not reccomend. They still charged full price too.

The gentleman who answered the phone didn’t sound courteous and when I asked him do they give free estimates he said yes and asked me what’s wrong and told him I had a leak from the floors and then he said it’s a slab leak without even coming to inspect it he’s already trying to charge me $200+ when they didn’t even come to see what’s really wrong with it so I asked him I thought the estimate was free and he said yes it is but I already know what’s wrong with it...really? It’s a red flag when a company doesn’t stick by its word and wanting to charge you a price when they haven’t even inspected yet I’m going to stay away from them.

I had a clogged sink that my 15 ft snake couldn't clear. After calling a few plumbers that came up on a web search, and not being able to get an estimate, let alone a firm quote, I looked for a plumber on Yelp. The way the Yelp quoting system is supposed to work is that you put in info about what you need and where you are, pick a few vendors; then they give you a price, you pick a vendor and you schedule your service. Of the four vendors I picked, Total Care Plumbing provided the most prompt response, and a very specific quote with two prices depending upon whether it was inside vs. outside clean-out. Another vendor provided a broad price range that was 20% - 50% higher than TCP, and the other two vendors basically had an auto-reply promising to call me back in the morning. TCP came out the next morning, did the work professionally, did it right, and charged the amount on the quote. No muss, no drama, no surprises. I appreciated knowing up-front what the price was going to be, and they did a great job. I highly recommend Total Care Plumbing.

Update Review 12.4.24... I just want to say after hitting an issue that was totally out of the control of both Total Care Plumbing and me. Brad and his company went above and beyond to resolve the issue! It was a frustrating and perplexing issue that occurred, but TCP really stepped in to accomplish a full-on resolution. THANK YOU for your assistance with the intent to get this squared away. The integrity and customer service with Total Care Plumbing is real, HIRE THESE GUYS! Hands down best Plumbing business to work with for needed services. We had two toilets that needed replacement, we had tried to hold off until remodeling, but functionality was necessary before any aesthetics. Brad was exceptional with communication. Informative, provided options (with cost too), and the work was on point. Brad and Christian went straight to work, cleaned up after, and were very respectful with my home as they worked. I will most certainly hire Total Care Plumbing for all future home plumbing needs. Thank you for your help and quality work!

We have used Total Care Plumbing a few times and have always had a good experience. I wanted to take the time to write this review now because we were on the verge of a plumbing nightmare but the day was saved by Total Care! Our toilets weren't flushing and tubs weren't draining, and because it happened on the weekend we called another company with weekend dispatch who ended up quoting us $13,000 for total pipe replacement because they said our pipes collapsed. As soon as we could we called Total Care, he was out here the very next morning, and told us our pipes were totally fine and was able to remove a huge clog that was backing everything up and saved us quite literally thousands of dollars. This is someone you can trust who is not going to scam you, but instead be honest with you and charge the rate that is necessary for the work he does. Can't thank you enough & we will recommend everyone to this company from now on!

I recently hired Total Care Plumbing to address a leak under my slab at my home that we discovered on Sunday. I called Monday for an initial consultation. Brad was able to fit me in after an early morning job. Not only did he diagnose the issue efficiently, but they also took the time to explain the problem. Brad and his apprentice Christian were prompt, courteous, and transparent about the scope of work and pricing. He said, "We do plumbing, we don't do sheetrock." Good enough! Their attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship truly stood out. Based on my experience I have no hesitation in recommending Total Care Plumbing for routine maintenance or emergency repair. I trust them to deliver excellent results.

Today was our first experience with Brad. We based our decision to call him largely on the excellent reviews we had read. Well, it’s all true excellent service easy to talk to with no surprises. We have an older home on an acre in Colleyville which when built was on a septic system. All the homes in this area were converted to the sewer system sometime in the 70’s which has its own unique issues since all the original pipes went to the back yard and now go around the house to the street. Everything was fixed and we discussed possible future issues with the system as well as remedies. We will defiantly be calling these guys again if the need arises.

Brad came out to repair a pipe in the garage of one of our properties. He arrived on time and gave advance notice when he was on his way. I originally thought the pipe had burst from the recent freeze. However, upon inspection, a repair made to the pipe by another plumber during the 2021 freeze failed. Brad repaired the pipe the proper way. He was very professional, excellent communication (particularly as I was not onsite), and cost was reasonable and disclosed prior to making the repair. Brad also provided me with videos and pictures of the repair needed and made. It is hard to find good plumbers in DFW, but Brad is certainly one of them!!

Brad and his assistant were a pleasure to work with. They listened to my issue, and offered a couple of solutions, explaining exactly what each solution would require, and the expected results. I decided on which one (easiest) to try, and they had my issue resolved in less than 15 minutes. They even offered me a free service call but were kind enough to allow me to buy them lunch. It's unheard of in this day and age that a contractor isn't trying to take you for every dollar or sell you something you don't need, so it was so refreshing to meet someone, like Brad. Total Care Plumbing will be my go-to plumber for all my future needs!

Outstanding service! My 84 year old mother had a water leak underneath her house. I scheduled an appointment with Total Care to come out and do the repairs. They arrived on time, assessed the damage and gave me an estimate. Gave it a day to let the lake beneath the house dry out a little. Mark and his assistant (a polite young man whose name I forgot - sorry!) did a fantastic job, laid down mats to protect the floor, wore shoe covers every time they came in and out, and completed the repair quickly and as quoted. I definitely recommend this company, and will use them again. Overall, I would rate them 10 out of 10!

Called Brad late on a Sunday afternoon and he was able to come out Monday morning. He showed up on time and gave me a fair quote and said he could repair it right now. It was the facets behind the washing machine in a 1968 home. It had other problems as I fully expected and Brad fixed them and ran our drain lines. He was thorough and he cleaned up afterwards. He and Christian were pleasant to work with. Both delivered above and beyond for me. Nice to deal with and I would not hesitant to call them again. You’ll be pleased if you hire them.
