I had a wonderful experience working with this company. I had thought about getting a water softener and contacted them along with other companies, and they beat the other companies by $800-$1000 on the softener and the install. Not to mention the price was upfront and didn’t change. Devin came over, wore shoe covers, got the work done fast, and was very professional. During the service, Devin also replaced about 40 feet of old galvanized pipe with PEX pipe free of charge. He also noticed this container on top of my water heater was way over-expanded and about to burst. I got Top Shelf out to replace that expander tank on top of my water heater the following day at an amazing price. I will use Top Shelf for all my plumbing needs from here on out and will tell all my family and friends as well.

I highly recommend Devon and Top Shelf Servicing. We had an old shower faucet from the 90’s that was leaking due to age. Devon came out analyzed the situation and gave me a quote. The price was extremely fair and he went above and beyond calling Moen directly and getting the parts replaced under Moen’s warranty. I really appreciated that repair was not started until he knew he had all the right parts to do the job. It was not an easy repair as the faucet handle did not want to come off easily. The repair was flawless and he charged exactly what he quoted me. He is extremely professional and knowledgeable. I will definitely be doing business with them again. I am extremely satisfied with his work and service!!

Devin did an amazing job installing our water softener! He worked so quickly, and it’s been doing great ever since. Now, we don’t have any water spots, and our skin feels much better after showers. Super awesome service! I initially got a quote from a different company and I’m so glad I called TSS to take a second look. They diagnosed and repaired the problem for A QUARTER of the price and I’m not being dramatic. 🙌🏼 They were also able to come out so quickly and allowed life to get back to normal that day. Devin was thorough, kind, and even referred us to a process for our house that was cheaper than his original estimate after he was able to get a better look at the problem. Typically you don’t see the original estimate go down, you typically see it go up. Not only that but he was kind, gracious, and really connected in his sphere of influence. That was really helpful for us.

We had our instantaneous Hot water tank replaced. It broke and that same day Devin came out and helped us replace it. We couldn’t get anybody else out there because of the holiday season, but in the time of need, he showed up and helped our family. I highly recommend going through top shelf plumbing. Have used Devin on three different properties, He always gets over to me fast even if the hours are late. Answers all my questions and makes suggestions on fixes possibly even cheaper then was thinking. It’s nice to feel like you’re calling a friend not just a company. Devin has helped with my bathroom remodeling project. He installed a new toilet and plumbed the new shower. He also installed the rough plumbing for a basement kitchen area.
