Beyond Excellent service 5 stars is not enough! Our family had a leak in a old gray waterline in our mobile home, Called them and Tim even though he was busy took the time to talk to my dad and said he would make time to stop in and take a look. He sure did and fixed it efficiently and effectively and went Above and beyond, Merry Christmas has a whole new meaning for our family this year . So good he left our family in happy tears! We live out of State, we own a rental property in Saratoga County. We need to have tradespeople that we can trust. We have now hired the Toilet Jockey for two repairs. One was a toilet wax ring replacement, and Yesterday they repaired the drain assembly for a pedestal sink for us. I am a firm believer in hiring handymen for certain tasks, but when it comes to plumbing, heating and electrical work, we prefer to hire licensed contractors. These repairs are very important! Tim is great to work with. He is great at getting on the phone and explaining things. One on, I had to hire this company. Their name and logo are fantastic! Haha. One last thing, Tim was very upfront the first time that we hired him. The leaky toilet project. He gave me a price if he came out last minute/the next day and a price if it could wait until a few days later. I really appreciated being given the option. We will definitely be calling you for future projects in the future.

I would highly recommend using this company! We contacted them to help us with a garbage disposal that was backed up and they arrived quickly and fixed the problem in no time. While they were there, my husband asked them to look at our hot water heater that seemed to be leaking and they let us know that we definitely needed a new one and explained to us how our other one wasn’t installed correctly. We had the new hot water heater installed a week later and it was done in no time and done right! Ben is great at answering all of our questions and we will definitely be using him again in the future for our other plumbing needs for our house. Great service and a really nice guy :)
