“My insurance gave me these guys,and i called them twice and the just sit and lie to you that they are comming.Forget about comming they do not do anything a total wste of time.After one day I had my insurance get me a different plumber to come out and do the job.DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS CO,sorry to say that,but when you sewer is backed up that is an emergency and you really do need some one that cares.”
“They did not resolve my issue of a stopped up toilet. After a couple of days the toilet and bath tub were again stopped up. They said it was trouble on the city side but we found that not to be true. They stopped taking my calls and did not return calls. I called roto rooter and they fixed the problem immediately and we have had no problems. They charged me $335.00 for nothing, I gave it one star because I could …”
“I originally left a five star review but I had to come back and change it because my sink that was repaired lasted for three days. Steve told me that I needed a new faucet to get my hot water pressure working in my kitchen sink. I ordered a new faucet that cost $125, He charged me $325 to put it in. When I called to tell him the sink was not fixed he comes back and tells me it was the valve. A valve that costs $9.97 …”
