The quality of the work is incredible. I have tried other plumbers before but I got rid of their numbers since we met Steve. He has done several jobs in our house and I would highly recommend this company.

We had an unexpected water heater leak in our 2nd floor condo and needed it replaced ASAP as it was already leaking into the neighborhoods below us. After doing some research, I decided to call The Plumber Guys since they had great reviews and have been in service a long time. I am so glad we went with them! They worked with us every stop of the way and were able to complete the job the next day for us! The job was not the easiest due to the very small space they had to work with but they did it! They were professional and efficient! They will now be our go to for all our plumbing needs moving forward. You will not regret going with The Plumber Guys!!

My insurance gave me these guys,and i called them twice and the just sit and lie to you that they are comming.Forget about comming they do not do anything a total wste of time.After one day I had my insurance get me a different plumber to come out and do the job.DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS CO,sorry to say that,but when you sewer is backed up that is an emergency and you really do need some one that cares.

They did not resolve my issue of a stopped up toilet. After a couple of days the toilet and bath tub were again stopped up. They said it was trouble on the city side but we found that not to be true. They stopped taking my calls and did not return calls. I called roto rooter and they fixed the problem immediately and we have had no problems. They charged me $335.00 for nothing, I gave it one star because I could not choose no stars.

Steve and his team deliver.... again... I found water underneath my kitchen sink and called American Home Shield to fix it. They sent someone from another company who indicated that the leak was from the faucet and it needed to be replaced. They proceeded to use a reciprocating saw to cut the old faucet's hoses and, additionally/needlessly, to cut pipes behind the wall. Electricity to the area mysteriously vanished during that time. When I questioned the plumber's approach, I was told, "you wouldn't understand." After they had replaced the faucet and additional piping, the area seemed dry... until it wasn't. I checked again in about 30 minutes and, once again, there was water underneath the sink. Bottom line, the other plumber took a simple faucet replacement and created bigger problems. After all of this, I didn't want to mess around with people who didn't know what they were doing. I called Steve from The Plumber Guys and explained that I needed him to fix what the other company had messed up. Steve sent his team, Ron and Shawn, just a few hours later. And they did what they do. Find and resolve the issue, the first time at a reasonable cost. They were professional, respectful and kind. Most of all, they gave me peace of mind. Thank you Steve, Ron and Shawn.

Again, excellent customer service, extremely smooth process from initially scheduling them to come out to assess the situation followed by prompt and professional installation. The Plumber Guys to the rescue again! UPDATE 08/05/2025: Called The Plumber Guys for emergency repair to our hot water heater that was accidentally disconnected from the roof vent pipe by our roofing company. The Plumber Guys responded immediately and reconnected our hot water heater. They are extremely professional, knowledgeable, courteous and respectful. Highly highly recommend The Plumber Guys!!!! To the rescue again!!

I originally left a five star review but I had to come back and change it because my sink that was repaired lasted for three days. Steve told me that I needed a new faucet to get my hot water pressure working in my kitchen sink. I ordered a new faucet that cost $125, He charged me $325 to put it in. When I called to tell him the sink was not fixed he comes back and tells me it was the valve. A valve that costs $9.97 at Home Depot and my brother put in for free. Steve was going to charge me $308 to put the valve on. I paid $450 for a $10 job . I did not give this a one star because I am hoping this was just a misdiagnosed problem and not a business yanking my chain to get as much money out of me as possible. In my opinion since he misdiagnosed the problem and I already paid $425 for something that was not the issue, he should have put the $10 valve on for free. These are all learning lessons for new homeowners, do your research and always get second opinions.

If I could give more than 5 stars, I definitely would!! After replacing the water lines for our new washing machine, which were old and corroded, we damaged the top portion of the valve, causing leaks. I contacted The Plumber Guys Sunday and was scheduled for a 8:00am appointment this morning. (Monday) Shawn notified us that he was on the way, even providing a tracking of his progress towards our house. Once he arrived, he was joined by Ron, to access the situation and provide an up-front pricing for the repair. Steve, the owner, also arrived. I was so pleased with how quickly the repair was completed!!! Thank You, Shawn, Steve and Ron......YOU GUYS ROCK!!!! For anyone reading this review, call The Plumber Guys for all your plumbing needs. They are #1 in our opinion!!

I contacted The Plumber Guys for a non emergency plumbing issue and was able to get an appointment for the next day with a time frame of expected arrival. On the scheduled day, they experienced a small issue that was causing them to run late. Both the technician, Ron, and the owner Steve, contacted me to explain the situation and update the time window. They still arrived within 30 minutes of the original window. Ron had come prepared with the necessary parts and completed the repair quickly. He was both professional and friendly Steve was also professional and was very appreciative of our business. The cost was extremely reasonable. I would highly recommend The Plumber Guys for your plumbing needs. Thank you Ron and Steve!

I was having a problem with very low water pressure, after ruling out the city water feed and the pressure valve I was a little hesitant with choosing a plumber. 4.9 stars is almost impossible to get on Google. It put me at ease enough to give them a call to replace my water line and add an expansion tank. Ron, Steve, and Sean did an excellent job. The service was professional and fast which included digging up the trench to place the new water line into the house. It was all done in a little over 3 hours. I absolutely will use The Plumber Guys again without hesitation and fully understand the high rating. Well earned guys!!!!!

I had the pleasure of working with the plumber guys about a week ago. I was a little frustrated to wake up to a non working garbage disposal and quickly researched plumbers in the area. The plumber guys answered right away and was able to squeeze me in within a two hour time frame. I was completely surprised but very thankful. They arrived and immediately got to work and my problem was fixed in a matter of minutes. He was very knowledgeable and helpful to prevent another situation from happening. I have used the Plumber Guys in the past and had a very positive experience. So, when I had some leaks and my home warranty company could not provide a plumber they were my go to. I set up an appointment online and Steve showed up on time and was very helpful in recommending solutions to my problems. He provided me an estimate and even helped with getting my home warranty company to cover the cost. They were out the next day and completed all the work in short order with no mess and no fuss. Everything was smooth and easy. I cannot recommend them enough. They're awesome!
