Malec was so professional, thorough, and efficient that we would call again and recommend Otter Guys to anyone who has a plumbing issue that needs immediate attention. He worked hard and trekked up and down stairs repeatedly in this heat without complaint, and continually put on and removed shoe covers throughout the hours he was working here. I called this morning and spoke to a very pleasant and helpful woman named Jade, and she scheduled us for same day service. This entire experience was nothing but positive. Thanks, Otter Guys! I highly recommend Otter Guys for any plumbing needs. Patrick Steytler was fantastic! He was incredibly thorough in troubleshooting a finicky leak in our bathroom sink and performed a yeoman’s job in the repair, which required cutting into the drywall to install necessary stud support for the sink. Beyond his technical skill, Patrick was professional, respectful, and left the workspace spotless. I feel very fortunate to have found such high-quality service. I cannot recommend him highly enough!

Called the otter guys to get an estimate on duct cleaning. While scheduling, also set up a maintenance schedule for our business for the future. The free estimate for the duct cleaning was scheduled for the next day. Kenny and Caleb were AWESOME! While they were at the office, I expressed a smell that was coming from one of our closets. Not only did they find it was coming from insulation behind our HVAC unit, they removed it! They were only supposed to be here for the estimate. Pricing for the maintenance schedule is very reasonable! We will be using Otter Guys for any of our plumbing and HVAC needs! Highly recommend!

Our HVAC system went out on the coldest day of the year following a snowstorm. The customer service associate at The Otter Guys was very friendly and helpful. Due to the weather, the best projection was two days. She kept in contact with me and was able to schedule Andrew to assess our system. Andrew was very professional and walked me through the issue. Due to the extent of the repair, we decided to purchase a new system. Andrew presented multiple options and worked with us to stay our price range. Great first impression!
