Have done business with 24 hr Plumber for several years both at home and business and you will never find the service they provide with anyone else. Just had them come to my home today and they were professional, on time and so helpful. They are good “ “ol fashion friendly” and even took the time to help with a closet rod that fell down in my closet and fixed it too! That’s not something you find everyday!

Chad did an excellent job we had some complications & mind changing & he never complained or got frustrated. He did a quality installation & everything works great. We even asked him to fix our ice maker line to our fridge which was not scheduled & got that done too. I highly recommend!

We had an impossible clog in our kitchen sink. Ian came out and had everything flowing again in fifteen minutes, removing mysterious items from the pipe, including a diaper wipe. I would have never fixed that. After the job, he cleaned the area better than he found it, and also gave me tips on how to prevent future clogs. In the process of the repair he discovered poorly installed pipes and corrected the problem as part of the flat rate service call. He is honest, and does not try to sell you unnecessary services. His prices are quite reasonable. I highly recommend 24HR Plumber.

Woke to water heater leak and left a voicemail for them and never got a return call

Let me tell you about how refreshing it was to find a company who focuses on customer service and relations rather than profit margins. On the week of Christmas I had my line from the house to the municipal sewer break and we were unable to use water because the water would not be able to drain from the house. I called three plumbers: 1) Plumb Rite 2) Knights Mechanical and 3) The 24HR Plumber. One company quoted me $1200 for the repair and would not be out for a week. That's a long time for a family of 4 with two young kids. The other company quoted $600 but wouldn't work in the rain which we had a lot of during this time. They also refused to come out unless I paid time and a half because of the Christmas weekend (even though Christmas was on Friday). Then there is the 24HR Plumber. They came out on Saturday to look at the problem and by Monday the 24HR Plumber was on site and fixed my sewer line. It was drizzling, it was cold and it was a mess and the 24HR Plumber did it with a smile on their face; not to mention the final bill came out cheaper than the other two companies. The plumbers Damon and Mark were fantastic and was a pleasure to work with. I --FINALLY-- found a plumber that I can trust not to screw me with outrageous charges. Thank you guys - you're a life saver!

I would say Ian and his team are the best. I just moved to Vine Grove, KY and of course it's the weekend (Sunday) and we had no air conditioning and no water. I called 24hr. Plumber and in 32 mins he was here and fixing my main valve and some other parts. A week later he came back to see why my water heater was acting up. 10 mins of hot and the breaker kept tripping. Ian and Micheal jumped right in again no central air working. Ian gave me a number to a company that does central air and heven also fixed our problem. No over charging Good honest people And goes above and beyond the call of duty. Thank you 24 hr plumbers for your compassion and dedication and hard work. Bought a washer from home depot. The guy that showed up from the company that delivers and install for for them refused to hook up the washer saying my faucets for the water were old and needed to be replaced, that I needed to call a plumber and have that done first! I called the 24 Hour plumber and they worked me in Jeff showed up said there was nothing wrong with the water hook ups and installed the washer and took the old one out of the house. Honest guy and really appreciate the service.

Impatient costumers service, I called and said "one second please" so I could get my father and learn what exactly was wrong with our water heater. I had her on speaker phone and heard her say "did they seriously just call" just as i found my dad they hung up. The call lasted one minute, horrible never again.

Haven't had the chance to do actual business with them but the customer service is great. Had an appointment but cancelled due to the fact a miracle happened and I fixed it lol. Will keep this company in mind for future issues though. Good job!

Great customer service from the pleasant lady that answers the phone to the great plumber, Nate, who has assisted my household twice now on two seperate occasions. I cannot recommend them enough!
