Dominick, did a great job of fixing the A/C. It went out on Sunday and he was here first thing today to address the issue. The issue was fixed and he followed up with recommendations to ensure it keeps running smoothly. He was courteous and professional. Thankyou Dominick.

Dominic W did a great job in an emergency situation. Our unit was leaking water through the ceiling in our entry way. We appreciate him making the trip to HHI on a Friday night to fix the problem and document the root cause of the problem and make repairs.

Superior services crews installed a new HVAC system and 2 days after did a thorough clean out and repair of the duct system. Totally recommend this company. From the person answering calls for repair to the person handling the repairs to the person setting up the installation to the crews doing the work. Everyone very professional and pleasant. Finally an HONEST air and heater company!!! I called Superior because our second floor heater stopped working. My husband and I were ready to receive the news that we need a new one. And Derek - a very nice service man - after checking our units - he said that we didn’t need a new one. It was the thermostat. We bought a new one; he installed it. And now the heater on the second floor works great! We saved thousands of dollars because Superior was truthful with us - the clients. It will be my company from on!!
