Great experience with Robert Cole as our technician. Did a full walk through of the house checking our plumbing and then flushed our tankless water heater. This is my 2nd experience with Dyess and I highly recommend them.

Our hot water heater went out unfortunately and we needed a new one. Taylor at Dyess Air and Plumbing was very helpful and made sure I received the right hot water heater and went into detail about everything I needed to know. Randy came and did the installation and he was great. He made the installation look easy. Randy made sure everything worked properly with the new hot water heater before leaving.
I had a problem with my disposal and a connecting pipe, and I was unable to use my kitchen sink. I called Dyess because we had worked with them previously for our HVAC system. They got us in the next day. Randy was our technician and was awesome! He was here promptly, resolved the issue quickly and made some improvements with an existing part. Would highly recommend for any plumbing needs!
Our technician, Hunter, was excellent! Personable. Professional. Polite. Very knowledgeable. His review of our HVAC issues and his explanation of what needed to be done was perfect. He then got the necessary items needed, fixed the issue, and ensured the system worked efficiently. All within a few hours. We look forward to working with Hunter and Dyess HVAC and Plumbing again in the future!
